I ordered a cup of coffee, single biscuit and gravy. Biscuit tasted old, crumbly, tasteless. Gravy bland, watery. $10. Overpriced for what I had. Brought me a craft of coffee, I only requested ONE cup. $3.80. I politely told staff, was not taken seriously. IT’s Cracker Barrel from now on!!!

I was there to pick up an order and it took over 35min to get my order! I kept getting told that it wud only b cpl more min until I finally had to get mad abt it! The service used to b so much faster and efficient than what it is today!The servers seemed to b on point but the hostess.... that's a way diff story!!

I ordered curbside pick up thinking the food would be ready when I arrived (past the food ready time) and upon calling the store to indicate I was in the designated spot was told to “give them a minute” and hung up on. I proceeded to wait another 13 minutes before deciding to go inside (this included removing my infant from the car) to see what was going on. I walk in and immediately see my food just sitting in the shelves for take out/delivery orders and let them know I have a CURBSIDE order and am given the food (at this point it had been almost 40 minutes since the order was placed). Upon immediately opening the food it was all cold, thrown sloppily together and overall was subpar for two meals that cost 37$ after tax. This whole experience was an extreme inconvenience and waste of money. The staff walked around seemingly confused. I was willing to give some grace, maybe they were busy, but no, one single person was waiting inside and the store was quiet for a Sunday morning. Extremely disappointing, but after reading other reviews I am now not surprised. Hopefully management figures out their issues and maybe develops a better curbside program.

This is one of the best IHops I've been to. They actually know their menu and cook the food correctly. The manager, Talisha I think was her name, was very friendly and just overall brightened my day. She made me really feel welcomed, and the staff was great. This store has done a whole 360 turn around. 100% recommended coming here!Dietary restrictions: They are good with complying to my allergies. I happen to be allergic to eggs and though I understand this may be a hard one to restrict they did great!

I Recently placed an order over the phone. The man was very rude and unprofessional. A person who can’t handle stressful situations should not work customer service or at all really. Managers these days hire anyone, do better. 10/10 would not recommend.

Food was not cooked all the way. Asked them to remove the meal and they did remove just the item that was not cooked but nothing else was done. Was not the first time at this location that we have gotten bad food. We will not be back.
