I ordered two giant sandwiches and they gave me two 8 inches instead. The woman was also really irritable and not very nice and was even talking bad about another customer for ordering a double gargantuan. The food was good though.

Never order delivery. I ordered a delivery and after an hour it still hasn’t left their store. I called several times and then ended up having to cancel it all together. Horrible service.

This is the worst jimmy John’s around. Today I ordered online and drove 6-8 minutes to get there and then waited like 20 more to get my food when I got to the car and was checking my sandwich and they left off half the add on and didn’t put extra on the tings we asked for. This place is a train wreck. Do not go

What happened to this place?, kids daycare the last 2 times I've been... meaning: employees kid at work, kids screaming, ...got both sandwiches wrong when I went back to the office....non existing customer service. Done with this place.

Never ever ever use this location. If you want rude people with no personality and never want to get your food, then go ahead and use them. Orderd on door dash. Received a call that they do not have a driver and I will receive my refund in 3-5 days. Apparently they use door dash to place orders but use there own drivers to believer the food. I called door dash and they said they see the order was cancelled but do not see the credit processed by Jimmy John's. Door dash refunded my money directly.

I wish I would have checked the food before leaving. This a BBQ chicken crunch. As you see in the pictures there is no meat to this sandwich and hardly any veggies.

I gave this JJ another chance after declaring them dead to me in 2021. Tonight was the last order from this location. I ordered on the mobile app for a family of 4. Waited over an hour because I get that people get busy. Finally called to check status and was told that they only had bike delivery and I was out of range. They claimed they attempted to call, but I have no missed calls. They couldn't have tried more than once. I was given the choice of a refund or modifying the order to pickup. I asked why they still had their mobile app active for orders and they said that they didn't have a way to turn it off at that location. The gentleman I spoke with was apologetic and courteous. That's about all I can say for a restaurant that doesn't fulfill orders but holds onto your $75 for 3-5 business days.

This is the first review I have ever written in my life. I have worked all throughout the food industry. The tall dude with dreads has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. I love to eat so inevitably I have experienced horrible service.However, never have I ever experienced someone so disrespectful. I am a huge fan of jimmy johns i used to live on it. I will never ever be returning to any location because of this POS worker. I even gave him multiple chances.

Called to order to cater an event for about 40 people. It was supposed to be delivered to a tailgate tent for game day. Manager I spoke with didn’t know how to take the order and the GM I asked made a rude remark. Asked her what her name was and she hung up. Whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed of the people working for him/her. Will not be ordering for any game this season from there.

If I could give this location no Stars I would. I placed an order and after an hour, I called them to see where my order was going to be delivered. I was told, by a man who later identified himself as "one of the managers" that he couldn't tell me when I order would be delivered because their "driver's" mode of transportation is a bicycle. He then said "the driver " left 45 minutes ago with the other orders and hasn't returned to pick up my order. I exclaim, "Are you kidding me?" He tells me in a rude attitude that I can cancel my order or just wait, like everyone else. I tell him that in the past when this location has had issues with drivers, another manager would call me soon after my order to let me know their situation. This person, however, blames me the customer and that I should expect what I should since I am having other people make my food. I cancel my order and he tells me it will be 3-5 days before my money will be returned. I then ask if it is, too, being delivered by the dude on the bike. He goes off and tells me their food "ain't that great anyway" So here I am two hours after my initial order, still hungry and ready to never frequent this establishment again. My partner and I am are very loyal customers and have been for years. I can't believe this type of behavior from a "manager" In the past
