I was so excited to see a French bakery! Couldn't wait to dig in to the handful of desserts we purchased. Had the brownies, white cupcakes and tiramisu. Was highly disappointed with each. The frosting on the cupcakes tasted "fake", without any sort of flavor along with a dry cupcake. The brownie wasn't much of a chocolate brownie. Again, had a fake taste to it. The tiramisu was subpar, I've had better. Nothing tasted fresh. Very disappointed and won't be ordering any dessert items. Customer service was pleasant and the place was clean.

I only got some pastries to go, but they were delicious and the lady was very patient while I struggled to choose which ones I wanted! I was the only one in there at the time, but she was very polite, patient, and we talked for a minute. Very nice. Can’t wait to come back and try more.

It's been quite so time since I've been to the La Baguette Bakery. A couple of days ago I stopped in to get a baguette and a couple of chocolate croissants. The croissants were okay, but what they're trying to pass off as a baguette is nothing more light bread. The crust had zero crispness and the center had no texture.

The food is good; however, their customer service continues to be an area of opportunity for improvement. We preordered and paid for Easter brunch, and were given the wrong item. They were closed the following days and when I called the first day they reopened, the employee’s response was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it. There’s nothing that I can do about it today”. This was unprofessional and we will not be revisiting this business.
First let me state that the food here is good the cakes and pies are among the best in Norman but the customer service is not good especially on the Westside location we ordered Sunday Easter brunch picked it up on Saturday took it out of the box put it in the oven and come to find out it is the wrong order I called and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it and they don’t know what I want them to do about it instead of apologizing and trying to remedy the problem

Rambling Oaks location needs a major improvement in customer service. The lady that is there is so incredibly rude to everyone. She has very little patience with customers making a selection. I’ve seen her be demeaning & hateful towards customers. I would avoid this location & try to use the Main Street location if possible.
