Could use a bigger store for operation. Seems cramped and customers seem uncomfortable standing side by side while waiting for their meals. Employees keep bumping into one another. Food is great just could use a bigger spot for a better atmosphere
Employee, had the most dirt under their nails I have ever seen. Super gross. Please teach employees to wash hands and use basic hygiene skills. ✋

Was a long wait, longer than I was quoted but I understood. No biggie. They did give us a free 2 litter of soda for the wait. The actual trouble came when we started eating. Long hair wrapped around a chicken wing that was just Caesar instead of garlic Parmesan... Unappetizing but it happens. Then the pizza soggy by the time we made it home & I started chewing & there was a melted piece of hard plastic in my pizza, a large piece. We have been going to this location for years. Never a complaint but with tonights incidents it will be the last.

When picking up in store the app said it was ready, however I was still waiting for one box to be completed. Not a big deal, but they should probably notify when it is actually ready.We live close, but it always takes a while to get pizza delivered, I think this is because they deliver the furthest away first and make their way back. It feels counterintuitive, but if you're closer to the location I recommend pickup if you care for speed.That said, the pizza is almost always still hot, and tasty. It's our preferred pizza place in general, and the app does give good coupons and rewards.

Never again. The last 4 time I have ordered have left me scratching my head. 3 times the pizza was a joke. Almost inedible. 1 time I ordered a cheese pizza and my order was messed up 3 times. Someone actually looked at this Pizza, placed it in a box and thought I should serve this.

Tried for 45 minutes to get anyone to answer the phone because I was having problems with the online ordering system, and when someone finally picked up after literally 46 minutes of dialing and calling - they informed me that "they had just closed and sorry try again tomorrow!" Will never try this location ever again!
