I've ordered from this Marcos 3 times and ordered garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese and the crust of both of my pizzas and they didn't do it on them. It's on the receipt but the manager argued with me that it was on the pizzas. But it isn't. Won't order from them again

We just had the best Marcos pizza we’ve ever had & we’ve been Marcos customers for years. The crew at 24th in Norman was just top-notch and made us the tastiest, freshest topping pizza we’ve ever had - the dough was perfectly crispy on the outside & so soft on the inside. We just had to leave a little thank you note.

Pizza is delicious. Do carry out, order on the phone every time. The online ordering gives promise times that mean absolutely nothing to the store (not even sure they can see when the app says you think it'll be ready). Last delivery was about an hour past the "promise time" and I'd ordered it 6 hours in advance. Pizza was pretty cold as well because the DoorDasher had other orders to drop off on the way.

This place sucks. Stay away. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Took almost 2 hours before I cancelled because my food still wasn’t here, and they can’t answer the phones. If any of their employees make over $7.25 per hour that’s robbery. Stay away.

We had an issue with placing the order online for delivery and hadn’t gotten our pizza for an hour so we called them and asked on the status of our order and she put us on hold and came back to the phone saying they cancelled the order due to not having a delivery driver and the girl in the background said she called us but indeed did not call us. Sharon then told us she’d give us a discount and and put the food back in and we can come pick it up in thirty minutes. We went to the store to pick up our pizza and the new manager due to a shift change told us that they did not put the order in so now we have been waiting about two hours for dinner.

We ordered our dinner for delivery with a delivery time of 4:30 gave it until 5 to call, when we did we were told they didn’t have a driver and that they called my wife (they never did) but no one answered so they just canceled the order. The manager I assume then told us that they would remake our order and they can deliver as they had a driver, we understand the driverless situation an figured the wait time would be high so we opted to pick up instead, she told us she had just put our order in and it would be ready in 30mins (5:30) my wife went down there to pick up our order and was told the order was never put back in and said manager left without telling anyone about our order, she had to wait an additional 25 mins (total from initial order 2 hours)
Gets the job done for dinner or lunch. I would recommend Marco's pizza to anyone who hasn't eaten it yet.

I PAID $30 FOR TWO YES TWO "SMALL" PIZZAS!!!! ??And that was WITH a 30% discount for ordering online for the first time!!!The pizza IS good YES but that price is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Considering ALL the other pizza places (like dominos) have deals, I can get a 2 top pizza at dominos for $6.99 when I order 2 or more - which a LOT of pizza places have these deals but I'd missed Marcos and wanted to try them again- won't do that one for a long while just too pricey!!

Great Pizza and salads. Terrible delivery service. Pizzas have been ruined several times. Most of the time they are out of greens when ordering a salad. Horrible new website and app. No order tracking anymore.

Great tasting ingredients. Sausage isn't overly spiced. Awesome cheese. Fabulous crust. When ordering delivery, pizza arrives hot. One of the very few places where you can get anchovies added to your pizza (if you want them... like I do).
