My bagel was Cold, salty, the bacon was like frozen or something. Never coming here again..The egg is a patty as well this is frozen food.

best sandwich shop in Norman. the staff makes it feel like home and vibe is right. just wish they were open later but otherwise, it checks all the boxes.

This used to be the best bagel place. When it was Old School Bagels it was awesome. Then the switch to Bagel Factory it declined a little but recently it has just been bad. My last three visits were just bad experiences. All I want is a bagel toasted with butter. Seems easy enough right? One time I got the bagel with just two big clumps of unmelted butter placed on the bottom half of the bagel and the top stuck on it. I guess that was more of a side of butter that I put on myself but it never really worked out right. Another time put cream cheese not butter so bad to be redone. Then last one I actually could not even eat one of the bagels. Untrained employees , understaffed. No clue but sorry bagel factory three strikes and you are out!

Lets start w/ the bagel was good, the bacon and egg seemed microwaved, not what I expect from a bagel place. They should be making their eggs and bacon fresh and pile them on the bagel. Won't be back.

Hands down the best bagels! My family enjoys a variety of flavors such as Asiago, Honey Oat, Plain, Blueberry, French Toast, etc. They also offer friendly and responsive customer service. We highly recommend you pick up a dozen.

This place is awesome. The same girl helped me as yesterday and she remembered me. She let me know how to get my bagel at a better price that a make. She has amazing customer service. I wish I could put her name on this . I remembered she has a blue star on her nose . My favorite place

Great food and even better service. Rebel was enthusiastic to help out and make sure everything was great. Went there a couple days ago and the Buffalo chicken w an asiago bagel was amazing.Sadly, im moving out of town atm. But will definitely be stopping by for a bite when I'm back in town. 5/5 ?'s.
