Drinks are pretty good but if you’re on the younger side the bartenders will upcharge you. They were nice and attentive to the older customers but since me and my friends are younger, they ignored us and were very dismissive.

Asked hotel if they would match booking.com rate they refused. They could have made more money on the room by matching the booking.com rate. None of the trash cans on the room had liners. Had to ask for those. No microwave in the room. A hotel like this should.at least have microwaves in the rooms. Tried to get a 1200pm checkout time vs. 11am and they refused. Not very flexible.

I stayed here for 4 nights in RM 232 in late April of 2023. I came to Norman to visit my hometown and my alma mater. This hotel is located very close to the intersection of South University Blvd. and White Street. It is about 200 yards from the entrance to the North Oval entrance on Boyd to the OU Campus. The hotel just opened this past fall according to the staff. IIt is a brand new building that has just over 100 hotel rooms, a sports bar, and a restaurant. The hotel rooms are on the 2nd., 3rd, and 3th floor. The sports bar is on the 2nd floor while the restaurant is on the first floor. There are two ways into the hotel. The one from South University Blvd or the front goes into the restaurant section. The main entrance is on the south side of the building through the main driveway. The lobby is very nice and spacious considering the other hotels in Norman. The registration desk is right in front of you upon entering the main door. The stairs to the 2nd floor at least are to the right of the it. You can not miss them. It also leads to the sports bar which is only open on certain days of the week. Upon landing on the 2nd floor I turned right to to come to a card access door to reach the rooms on this floor. Then I used the same card to access my room. Both doors are tap the badge reader type. Upon entering my room the bathroom was on the left with a sliding door. Inside the bathroom the shower is on the left, the toilet straight ahead of you, and the sink with a very wide and deep countertop with a single wide sink. The shower and sink area came with luxury comlimentary like shampoo, conditioner, etc.. The bathroom is very spacious. You can easily have 2 people in there at the same time. I would guess it is about 7 feet between the shower and the sink side. The lighting in the bathroom I think is descent. Not makeup table bright but good. Passing the bathroom you come to the bedroom. Along the right side is a good table/counter with the flatscreen TV(around 50 inch) on it. Along the back wall is a window with roll up window curtains. There is also a sofa chair olong the wall. THe other wall were the 2 queen beds with a very good size night stand with lots of space on top for both beds. There is a 2 plug-in electrical outlet just aboe the nightstand. There is a wall mounted light between the beds that is more like a reading lamp. Not strong light. Interestingly there is no phone in the room. Makes sense since everyone uses cellphone now. On the other wall is a amour(sp?). A modern square one with one half for hangingg things. I would say you can hang about 3-5 suits in that portions. The other half is like shoebox size compartment you can put shoes or whatever in. I saw an ironing board inside as well as an umbrella. I did not see an iron in there. Maybe somewhere else in the room or get it from the main desk. Next to the amour is a shelved piece where you can find glasses, cups, along with I think were coffee/tea. Not sure. In the lower half of this piece is a refrig which I used quite a bit. The room is spacious by average hotel room types. About 5 feet between the beds. 3-4 feet on both sides of each bed, and the same in front of the beds at least. This is the open space around the room People can easily get around. The main drawback I saw in the room was lighting, esp. in the hallway from the main door to the bedroom. There is no lighting in that area. The room overall is dim unless you open the window. Nonetheless I could live with it but if someone wants strong lighting at night you might have a problem. I ate in the hotel's restaurant one night. I had the salmon which they say is their most populpar. It is good. They put what seems like a very light smokey and sweet BBQ sauce on it. I usually like my fish fresh and not spiced or sweetened and found this intriguing. I thought it was worth getting. It appears they bring their meals a la carte. It was just fish and little else. There was no side options with the meail. They did have appetizers of salad and some other items. They also had some desserts. I had a sm

The Noun is visually stunning from its nod the architecture and colors at The University of Oklahoma. The arches, phone booths, and Sooner Schooner are all perfect. The lobby is welcoming with several seating areas, a small, unique library, meeting rooms and The Supper Club. The art throughout the hotel is amazing!the Glassworks, pottery, paintings, the giraff holding a chandelier, and the upside down longhorn. They use the My Way scent throughout the hotel, which is also well done. The One Bar on the 2nd floor has a huge covered patio and plenty of seating. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is large. The drawbacks are easy fixes, the rooms should have USB charging stations, a bench that at least 2 suitcases can be on, some task lighting, 2 separate lights between the beds, and a makeup mirror in the bathroom. This hotel will sell out every home game year round, don’t triple the price for those weekends. The shining star is the owner, Scott Lambert, who welcomes everyone he meets into his hotel and actually has a conversation with you. He also says hi to you every time he sees you for the rest of your stay. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and did their jobs well.

The Noun hotel is a wonderful jewel in Norman right on the corner of OU. The hotel is brand new and is stunning. I loved the art and decor throughout. It is pretty but not stuffy. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated, with high ceilings. I appreciated the small details like the Oklahoma shaped light. The beds were very comfortable. The first night I arrived alone and felt completely comfortable there. The staff is superb. I worked all day in my room and the WiFi worked perfectly. I did not have a chance to frequent the patio bar but it looked lovely. I did have a quick take out lunch at the restaurant and they accommodated my quick schedule. The chef was friendly and the food good. Loved this hotel and would go back in a heartbeat. Shout out to Diego and Sam at the front desk who were helpful and exceptionally kind.
