I’ve been eating at this Rib Crib location for over fifteen years. The food has always been good, and so has the service. Unfortunately as of late they’ve had trouble keeping their dining room open. From the kitchen catching fire, to not having enough staff on hand, over the last few months I’ve been disappointed on more than one occasion to find I can’t have a nice sit down meal at one of my favorite restaurants due to management failures. This is a serious concern, and it is a symptom of an underlying sickness within the business that I fear will ultimately lead to its shuttering. I sincerely hope this improves, but as of now it doesn’t look good.

Spent $60 on takeout on brisket and sausage and the sausage was the only thing worth eating. The brisket was dry and old. 2 lbs at $16 each is way too much to spend on dry old meat thats not even edible. This isn't the first time i have had issues with this location but it is the last. Never again!!

Ordered food to go waitress came back over after food was paid for said don’t have a full pound of smoked turkey so we can give you rest in different meat I agreed. Well get home after ten minute drive and guess what no turkey in bag anywhere. So I call rib crib in Norman ok and spoke with Emma on phone as she said mgr was busy and she was laughing what’s so funny about this . NEVER AGAIN

Called Friday and they closed early due to being out of ALL meats. Called in order tonight went to pick up and THEN was i formed they was out of chicken and asked if I wanted turkey instead and also didn't make the sandwich right on top of that. Ridiculous customer service!

Food could have been warmer coming out, but had good flavor. Service was the worst I’ve had here. Maybe 2 other couples in the place and felt like a burden to ask for anything and took forever to get hot sauce and refills etc.

The food was great but the service was the worse I have ever encountered. The one waitress was running around and the manager just stood back in the kitchen. The manager should be ashamed of him self. Waited 20 minutes after we had finished eating had to ask for our ticket very poor management this manager should be let go never going back here again

Very tasty. Had onion rings as a side. Very good. Generous servings but not too big. I like the ribs also.
Every time I’ve been in there they are out of baked potatoes sliced brisket sausage and it took for ever to be seated this place just needs to shut down. Absolutely ridiculous!

Went about 6 p.m. on a weekday and among the many things they were out of was ribs.... really???? That's why we went there, so we turned around and left!!

We love this place.Always have great service.However we looked forward to "All you can eat" rib dinner (Tuesday 4pm til close).still advertised on their website.So we went there just to find out that even though it's still on website - they are not serving it ?.After we really looked forward to it we left disappointed.Wish they would change their website.I'm sure we are not the only ones that drive a longer distance all for not.?

Website says dine-in is open until 8pm every day. Showed up at 6:15pm today, and the doors were locked. The only sign posted said all you can eat ribs are unavailable until further notice. There were employees inside who just looked at us. We couldn't call because the line was continuously busy. Took our business elsewhere. Update your website or have a sign posted.
