Chopped brisket sandwich was super dry. Didn’t come from the point so there was zero fat or moisture. Jap sausage and beans were fine, but that brisket sandwich was dry dry dry.

Top Notch eats and I'm a BBQ snob, had the pork n sausage sandwich after a long hard week of horrible food, if I wasn't with Christian folk I would have had to slap my MaMa, it was magnificent.. keep up the good work.
I love Rudy's food. The Smoked Turkey is white it's at! They have all kinds of bbq options including desserts. If you eat inside the store, just keep in mind it can smell like a smoker. I don't mind it but sometimes can be strong for my asthma. I just sit out in the patio area and it doesn't bother me. They have a drive Tru window that can get backed up but they moved pretty quickly. They wrap everything in butchers paper which takes me back in time. I'm so happy that I live 7 minutes from Rudy's. They are my go to restaurant for BBQ.
