The bowling was reasonably priced and as expected. The food was average. The young man working the check in/shoe rental desk was great. However, the middle aged employee working the food and beverage counter in the arcade was rude to most customers he interacted with (especially the teenagers and kids). Hopefully he was just having a bad day, but if not I would say keep your children away from the food and beverage counter in the arcade.
I hired Sooner Bowling to host my child's birthday. They had double booked us and ended up accommodating us by setting up our party in a private room. It gave me hope that the rest of the party would be fine. Our party hostess was so incompetent on what to do and how to help. There was another woman who was helping her out and was obviously busy with other things. She was able to give some relief and help.
