Ordered online today, I walked in and noticed that water was dripping from the ceiling onto the vegetables for the orders. They didn’t even think anything of it until I made a comment about it, completely unsafe and ridiculous. I used to come to this location 1-2 times a week because I work at Norman regional next door, staff and quality have gone downhill. Obviously the facility has issues that also compromise customer health, who knows how many people ate sandwiches with water dripping in their toppings

Walked in and girl immediately seemed annoyed that I wasn't there for an online pickup. Like, I was interrupting what she was doing by ordering in person.I asked her to wrap my sandwich halves separately and she said she would and then proceeded to just place it in the bag as it was. She didn't even bag my chips. Just walked away from the register after printing my receipt.

What a pathetic place. Tried to buy dinner for 2 of my kids and they can't change a $100 bill. No problem idiots, Jersey Mike's on 19th in Moore right down the street took care of us.

My wife and I stopped by there on the way home from running errands and I could not believe the service and food. I guess it started with the service but the real kicker was they were out of onions, tomatoes, spinach and had brown wilted lettuce. And all they said was they were out. That is unacceptable. We should have left or complained but we had already started our order and we hadn't ate all day. We had just got a covid booster the day before so we just took what we could get. Someone definitely dropped the ball and I don't feel like it was me. The manager had her child there and was paying attention to him trying keep him away from the merchandise. It was really disgusting. We are going to call back and get a refund. So buyer beware.

The Philly cheesesteak is the best sandwich. Just have to ask for no Mayo.
My wife and I came into to order 2 sandwiches. The preparer was in the process of putting meat and cheese on it to bake. Never asked my wife what cheese she wanted. He put some cheese on it. Put it in oven. Right then we asked if we have an option on what cheese she wanted. He had a problem as he pulled the sandwich out and tossed it on the prep table. Once we saw this we left without anything. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. If this is how all Subway locations we won't be going to Subway ever again. I know it doesn't concern them but we won't be serviced that way. We'll see how the next franchise store treats us. If it happens again we'll kiss Subway goodbye and will never return. Terrible customer service.

Food was ok, But none of the workers looked like they wanted to be there. All unhappy and grumpy. But my main problem is the one that is grabbing the bread and putting the meat and cheese on she was coughing in her and on her gloves. I asked her to change her gloves and wash her hands she was mad that I had her do it, I don't care if you're making food for someone else in a restaurant. I hope she washes after the restroom. She needs to be removed from her job.
