Service was incredibly lacking and we were sitting 10 feet from a manager the entire time. dirty/finished plates were never taken away, a glass of prosecco took over 10 minutes to be served as did an order for sparkling water and the server had very little knowledge of the menu.

Our server seemed inexperienced, and I almost forgot to pay because she never brought the check, but my steak was very good and the overall experience, as always, was just what I want: a solid menu in a quiet, pleasant, sunny place suitable for a long conversation. It's the only such lunch place I have found in Norman.

Very prompt and courteous service. The selection of buffet items was very good except the beef was very overcooked. It was a very nice experience for our small “leftover part” of our family on Christmas Day.Thank you very much for the good hospitality.

The food was excellent for a Holiday buffet. The decor was beautiful and service was excellent. I appreciated that they didn't over seat reservations and it was not crowded. We will definitely return for future Holiday events.

The service, cocktails, appetizers, dessert and atmosphere were all excellent. It is the main courses with which we have issue. My dry aged pork chop was practically tasteless. Its glaze was necessary only because the meat was so bland. My wife's NY strip was at best a "choice" cut when one should expect at least "prime" beef cuts in this setting and for the price demanded. To the point, her steak was too chewy and less tasty. Regardless, we will return to the NOUN for drinks and appetizers in the upstairs bar.

This restaurant has so much potential but sadly the food doesn't match the ambiance. The servers wore jeans and sweatshirts, no refills and no clearing of the table. I'd rather have gone to McDonalds. It's too bad as Norman really needs a restaurant that lives up to the hype.

Leslie waited on us and was just delightful! Sharp OU student full of energy, winsome, and attentive. Food tasty. Carprese salad big enough for 2 to share. Shrimp delicious with rich cream sauce. Pork chop tasty. Christmas decor colorful and beautiful. Though we had a nice, quiet dinner, the open architectural design of the Supper Club joins the hotel lobby and enormous hotel bar with the dining area;hence, am guessing during crowded events dining could be challenging and noisy.

We arrived early- bartender/hostess said she would set our table then seat us. Our reservation time came and had to then remind bartender/hostess- it was now the actual time of our reservation. 15 mins after our reservation we were sat in front of the expo/kitchen line, which was extremely loud. There were other tables that we could have been sat at- but that required someone to actually “bus” them which also was not happening. The waitress brought us water and by the time she came back we ordered drinks and lunch. One person got their bar drink- the other 3 people never got their bar drinks until after our food was served for 6 people. Now I counted only 4 other tables in the restaurant at this time and they had been seated long before us, since we had been waiting in the lobby for our table to be ready. No one else was waiting to go into the restaurant. We have been visiting Norman for 4 years and this is the only restaurant close to campus - I have had such poor service at and quite frankly would not return.

I took my daughters here for a Christmas lunch and we really enjoyed it. The Hotel and Restaurant is just stunning and especially done up for Christmas. The atmosphere is so relaxing and just looking at the beautiful surroundings is so enjoyable! The food was good and the service was ok but overall we had a very nice time and will most certainly be back!

We went for Santa Brunch and had red velvet pancakes and mimosas! We really enjoyed everything. The service was amazing and the restaurant is beautiful. I can’t wait to come back.

Very disappointed in the Supper Club experience. Three couples , who celebrate many anniversaries and birthdays, wanted to give the Noun restaurant another opportunity since it was now part of the Marriott brand. We found the attire of the staff very underdressed (Jeans) for a restaurant that we believed was seeking an upscale experience. The prices were very high for a 3 star restaurant. The service was adequate but not special. The pasta was warm but not hot. Overall we were disappointed. We were hoping that The Supper Club would compete with some of the OKC finer restaurants and it just did not measure up to our expectations.

Great burgers on game day! After going to the game, we needed some food. I wasn't feeling the bad food and wanted something legit. We walked in and knew it was a good call. We all got burgers and they were fresh and delish. The regular and sweet potato fries were an easy 10/10! The vibes of the place were great. Very upscale but lowkey for game day. The service was very good and the staff was friendly. They also had an awesome bar on the second story with a looooong line out the door.

We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with our family at this lovely restaurant. The meal was amazing, no complaints. Very large portions, excellent drinks and a gorgeous holiday atmosphere. We were served quickly and our servers were spot on. We traveled from out of state to meet up with family and booked without any prior experience to The Supper Club. We are very thankful for the enjoyable experience.

I suggest to the management team that you up the quality of service to match the price and quality of your food. Doesn't feel like there's a coordination at the restaurant, and the service was very haphazardly delivered. Food was excellent. Took a very long time to get our drink order and then to deliver the drink order.

I went for a late Sunday lunch with my girlfriends. The food was excellent! Drinks very nice. I thought it was a little pricey for the area, and maybe that is why there weren't very many people there. My only other criticism is that there was definite leftover cereal from breakfast service still on the white tile floor that was easy to see. For as slow as they were, it seems that could have been taken care of easily. Try it out! It's called "Supper Club" (not sure of the origin) but it is open for lunch as well, and breakfast on the weekends.
