I have actually never written a bad review before and I honestly can’t believe Im writing one about a soda shop lol. i had been looking forward to visiting Swig for a while-(drive from OKC) Online described as a cute asmosphere. First, it was difficult to find/get to. I get inside and there’s really no space for sitting. it was just a walk up counter. I ordered a drink that was similar to one i saw online - and i ordered a medium. It was a Coke zero with vanilla cream. There was no one inside, i was the only customer. There were about 4 cars on the drive thru. it took 9 minutes! When i got it, i took a sip and spit it out. I don’t know if they used bad cream but it was also definitely Diet Coke. I had mt friend try it to confirm and he made the same grimacing face. I politely asked the girl if I could just swap it out for a regular Coke zero, no cream or anything extra. She was going to charge me full price. At that point, It didn’t make sense for me to pay $8 for a fountain drink. I understand the costs associated (cups etc, i ran a restaurant) but seriously to just refill a regular coke? especially when the first one was not consumable for humans. anyways, i threw it away. the disappointment :/

This was our first experience so it was a bit overwhelming not knowing what to expect. I would recommend looking at the menu online because not all the drinks were represented on the menu. You can go in to order or go thru the drive thru, only 2 seats available- so don't plan to sit and chat here. The staff was really friendly when we asked questions about drinks and recommendations. Honestly the menu is really heavily coconut based. The drinks were good and they were able to customize to our liking.

Best drinks ever! I always crave the beach babe drink and have to get one every week.

Got a buttery beer. Thought about powering through it but tossed it in the trash instead. Luckily wasn’t too expensive. If you’re going to try something different, you’ll get different. Not a fan of overpowering flavors.

Swig provides so many beverage options. I love to create my own - Coke Zero, with Pineapple, Cherry, Lime, and Mango is my go to! Awesome and refreshing drinks.

The young lady who took our order said “Slay” and that made me laugh. The drink was tasty too.

Thank you for the free drink yesterday celebrating your grand opening. FYI, some of your cups may be faulty. There was a slow leak out the very bottom center of the cup I got.

Drinks are tasty! Cookies are also good! I need to try the pretzels sometime. The line has improved where it does move a lot faster.

Great drinks but corporate really needs to figure out the bombardment of traffic in this square. Trying to get to other businesses next to Swig is ridiculous because the cars block traffic coming into this business square. Part of having a thriving business is being a good neighbor. If you are this successful, that’s great! However, please don’t impede the success of other businesses because folks can’t access them due to your lack of traffic management.

Stopped in for some refreshing drinks and some Pretzel bites. Great service! The drinks hit the spot; yet, if you are trying watch your sugar intake I recommend another option.

I want to love Swig. I truly, truly do.There are 2 HUGE "don't like"s about Swig - thefirst is the fact that they force employees to stand outside in rain, ice, blisteringly lethal heat, to take orders when it would be every bit as fast to just take the order at the window. I HATE this corporate policy. I HATE it with a passion. I am not even sure I approve of forcing employees to stand outside to take orders when intercoms nad windows exist, even when the weather is pleasant. I super extra HATE it when the weather is suboptimal, and want to find the founder and the corporate board and force THEM to stand outside taking orders at 95ºF with an 80% humidity. I do not personally visit Swig when I drive. As a passenger, I have less say and defer to the driver. The second thing I hate about Swig is their absolute determined fixation on nasty, nasty coconut cream flavor. That stuff is ABOMINABLE. Even when I custom order a beverage and don't mention coconut cream in the list of what I'd like, they slip that nasty stuff in ANYWAY. Even when I specifically and with intent ask them to leave the coconut cream flavor out, they STILL put it in. It doesn't matter WHICH Swig I visit (as passenger, because I will not personally drive to them) - Moore, Norman, Yukon, Edmond - they always load the beverage up with coconut cream. Eeeewww!I like several of their beverages that don't list coconut cream on the menu board, and yet, somehow, there's that nasty cocunut cream. I've ordered Riptide, Poppin Pineapple, and Life's a Peach - all came WITH coconut cream despite that not being on the ingredient list. I've custom ordered Dr. Pepper, Raspberry, and Lime - no mention of coconut cream, and BOOM! Coconut cream. I've asked for a Raspberry Dream minus the coconut cream, and they added DOUBLE the coconut cream.I have now tried to work with them (and thrown away several undrinkable drinks because they had - eeeewwww - coconut cream in them), and I am not going to comply with the driver. I will be rude and obnoxious and insist we go elsewhere. ANYWHERE. Scooter's, Tropical Cafe, Dutch Bros, Salad and Go (their dill pickle lemonade is awesome!), Sonic...they don't cram nasty coconut cream in everything.I WANT to like Swig. But until they start listening to their customers who ask that the coconut cream be left out, I just can't.
