The drive-thru team does a great job. We typically have some special requests on our orders, and they're usually pretty sizeable. Our family has different requests like extra onions, no sour cream, etc and they always do a great job with that. The team works quickly and the food is hot and typically they mark the special items so we can tell what they are, which is very helpful when a family is hungry and needs dinner. Definitely recommend this location.Vegetarian options: You can make ANY item on their menu vegetarian! Love that!Dietary restrictions: If you order an item fresca style, they will leave off all dairy products. That's pretty helpful for somebody who has lactose intolerance.Parking: Parking is easy and plentiful.

I do not understand the bad reviews for this location, as I have only had positive experiences. Then again, I only go here during the evening shift (after 7pm). Perhaps that makes a difference - or not.The portions are satisfying and the ingredients are perfectly cooked and perfectly well-distributed whether it is a taco or burrito. I did recently try the strawberry twists despite people on the internet insisting they are terrible ... HAH. On the contrary. They tasted like yummy, sugary breakfast cereal. I loved them and wish it wasn't a limited time offer.Additionally, the employees here have been attentive to me every single time I come into the store. I do a lot of traveling and I HAVE waited 45 minutes for a single taco before, at other locations in the US. So, to be greeted as soon as I come in the store - is certainly an anomaly! Maybe it is just the current staff which makes this spot so impressive. Who knows. Doesn't matter. My family has been in Norman for over 15 years and this spot is a stand-out among all other Taco Bells.

Literally every time I go to this taco bell, my order gets messed up. Its not hard to read no "x" on whatever meal. Just like every other time I get food from this specific location, my order is always messed up. That or the people at the window are all rude as hell, when they get confronted about the order being wrong. I'm just going to leave this here, and start taking extra 10min on the drive to the taco bell on Lindsey. At this point, it's worth the little bit more of gas to go somewhere that actually has cooks that are competent enough to read.
