A friend and I sit on the second floor to eat dinner, the food was good - but the service and staff were horrible. It says that it closes at 11pm. We were told at 9:30pm that we needed to get ready to move downstairs and close out of bill because they were closing. We tab out, go downstairs to sit down and never once had anyone come ask us if we wanted a drink or needed anything. A bartender finally gets up from a booth in the corner where he’s been on his phone for the past 10minutes to say we needed to get ready to leave because they close before 10:30. I said, “I thought you were open till 11pm?” He goes, we like to leave early on Tuesdays so we tell everyone to leave before 10:30pm… at 10:25pm they flip all the lights on. It was extremely uncomfortable and we didn’t feel wanted at all to even be there in the first place. It was my friend’s first time there and she said she would never be back because of how poorly we were treated. I understand it’s a college town and college employees, but making your guest that came into dine…feel like they don’t belong? It was really unprofessional and disappointing. Just didn’t seem like the staff cared at all to do anything other than play on their phone in the corner..

Yesterday, I had my sister pick up my to go order and later found that I got no dressing with my caesar salad. Decided to call back and spoke with Brittany over the phone when I was asked "Well what do you want me to do about that?" with an attitude and she started laughing. Not a question that should be asked if a customer is telling you that their order is wrong. Because of this, I told her I didn't want it anymore and that is when she started to try and fix it and honor a salad. Won't be ordering from here again. Highly disappointed.

We were excited for an authentic wood fired Neapolitan pizza. Searched that and found Volare. So disappointed. The crust was everything you are not looking for in a pizza crust. It is heavy and soggy. The opposite of what Neapolitan pizza is supposed to be light and crispy with a slight chew. It was just awful. The sauce was not good and the toppings were overly salty. It makes me wonder if anyone here actually cares to taste the pizza they are producing. Norman really needs a great wood fired pizza place. If you are looking for a great pizza save yourself the bad experience and pass on Volare. We had some left over and brought it home to my teenage son. He took one bite and said “man that’s awful”. That is saying a lot because this kid will eat dominos.

Highly disappointed with how we were greeted at the door. The hostess was rude and acted like we put her out by even being there. She, along with the waitstaff all looked like they rolled out of bed wearing their sloppy sweatpants and t-shirts. I have been to Volare before and had a wonderful experience but last night I was rather embarrassed to have brought my out of town guest here. We had drinks and then left.

Why have people working until 11 if you are going to stop taking orders before 10pm? Second time I got off work and came to get a pizza, both times they decided to close the kitchen early because it’s “slow”. Change your hours on weekdays if that is the case, it’s a waste of time & energy…

Ordered via Door Dash. Great dasher, but the vegan pizza came with almost nothing on it. A little bit of zucchini and a lot of fresh arugula and that was about it. Ridiculous for $18!!! The Big Stick is great but the vegan pizza is a joke!

So sad to see the prices. 13 dollar pizza is now 18? We both know 18 for a small pizza is agregious. I hope this price hike is making its way into the pockets of your underpaid employees, who were sweet and timely. I say again, employees dope. Your prices, wack.
Nasty microwaved chicken on the Alfredo! Fake grill lines and everything. This is a bar that happens to serve food, not a restaurant.

Last time I try this place! It has progressively gotten worse for service. I used to come here about once a week. I've stopped coming over time as the service just got worse and worse. The food started to get worse too. But, they have a great rooftop patio. So I thought, one more chance. I sat today for 30 minutes, and never had anyone stop by my table. Not once. I watched 2 bartenders and a possible waitstaff hanging out, talking, chillin behind the bar. They even looked up and saw my table, and just kept doing their thing. So, now I'll never be back. I'll also be sure to let everyone know about the service. Unable to review the food or drinks, as none were offered.

I give this place zero stars because, we came in at 8pm on a Tuesday, and we were told that a 2 table wait would be 40 minutes. 2 hours later, at 10pm we went back to sit at the bar and order pizza. We were given a menu told that the kitchen was serving pizza only. For literally over 30 minutes the bartender did not help us, and when the bartender came back she told us the kitchen closed at 1030. We received no pizza after waiting 2 and a half hours on a Tuesday.

Nice atmosphere and nice server and Manager Brittany! Great burger and crack fries! Would have gave it 5 stars but the salads are definitely overpriced for what you get. We will be back for sure!
