I came for a pick up, the girl at the counter seen me come in, looked me in my face. Then turned around and started putting water in the cooler. After 5 minutes of me repeating” ma’am excuse me” and “ma’am I’m here to pick up an order she turns around. I ask her again if my orders ready…she removes her ear bud and says “huh” I tell her again and she gives me the nasties look ever and says my order is not ready. I ordered delivery from their app. Didn’t get my order at all, and when I tried to call the store to settle it and reach out to the driver who stole my food, they sounded tired and disinterested in helping me resolve the situation. Never got my refund either like they promised. Awful experience here….

Honestly if i could give 0 stars i would. I never leave reviews but i feel like i need to do something. The last several times we’ve ordered food online for pickup it takes over an hour past the time the website says it should be done. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time we order, it always takes over a hour to get our food.
