First of all, we have never had issues at this location. Today, our fries were a little cold- but we weren't mad. We didn't even make a complaint. We did come after a rush, so not really a big deal. The manager, Antwan (I know I spelled that wrong ? ), came to check on us after we had finished and we were just sipping our drinks, talking. I like Arby's, but the curly fries at this location are normally terrible because they're hard. Other than that, I can eat the rest of the food here. I like the staff because I've never had an issue with them that we couldn't amicably resolve.

Just left, and I won’t be coming back to this place tbh. The other Arby’s that’s a couple miles further is so much better. I got a fresh chicken sandwich with no veggies, and then they asked at the window if I wanted mayo (they put packaged mayo in the bag and my sandwich was plain and dry).
