HorribleThey clearly are not sanitizing the equipment, in buffet bacon could smell raw meat on fully cooked food.Either the pan that keeps warm had loads of raw meat on it, or food was spoiled.Snooty employees too . Tells me no smell, when she didn't even bother going over to the bacon to smell for her self . More less tells me I'm lying and don't know what I'm talking about.

Prior to checking out of the hotel, I had the breakfast buffet at Block 23. It was pretty ok. I was disappointed in the bacon and I LOVE bacon but it was ok. Breakfast sausage was ok. Eggs were good, especially with salsa. And the potato wedges were great! Service was great, although I was a little annoyed that I could not use Apple Pay in order to pay my check while the other eateries and bars located in the hotel did allow me to use it. It's definitely a good deal and you get a good bang for your buck.

Had complimentary hotel breakfast here, only leaving a review because the service and food quality was outstanding! I suppose I went in with pretty low expectations, but the breakfast potatoes, eggs, and bacon were all extremely fresh and delicious. It certainly would have been worth paying for!

Awful service we were there for almost an hour without getting our food and when it did get there it was dry, cold, burned and they didn't give us what we asked for. Ended up leaving and just going to McDonald's

Stopped in for a “complimentary breakfast “ figured why not. Everything was first class from greeting to waitress and food. The best breakfast and service you could ask for.

My top site for quality American food. everyone at our table was enjoying everything. the service was sociable and attentive. prices were fair for the quality of the food. i can see why they have so many great reviews.

Came here with a group for a small group Christmas luncheon. We pre-coordinated with Chef Keltan Solorio and left the menu up to him. The group chose chicken as the protein. OMG did Chef Kelton deliver! The decor and seating were very comfy and casual. For an appetizer, we had Deviled Eggs three ways; with smoked salmon, jalapeño bacon, and paprika. I don't care for deviled eggs but couldn't stop eating. Bursting with flavor. We also had an updated spin on bruschetta: bleu cheese with roasted grapes and another that was roasted garlic, red pepper and lemon feta topped with roasted broccoli and a honey drizzle. This could have been a meal in itself and I would have been happy with that. But wait there's more.. As an entree, we had roasted chicken thigh on a bed of kale and arugula atop a sweet potato purée. Wonderful Smokey-wood tones with maple. Every plate was picked clean. This is a definite must return. In fact it is our third visit in 18 months and have not been disappointed

There's never a wait there to be seated. The menu varies daily, but today it was Taco Tuesday and I can tell you, it was great! The only reason for four stars is sometimes they have vegetarian days and I need meat

Good food, strange & random decor, a little pricey.

We were at the convention center across the street for a conference and needed to get out for a break. We chose Block 23 since it was close inside the Sheraton hotel. While the atmosphere provides so many great contemporary pieces to look at and comfortable tufted chairs to sit in, the food left a bit to be desired. We opted out of the buffet and went for menu items. I got the B23 breakfast and my coworker got the Egg-n-Hole sandwich. Both boasted decadent flavors in the descriptions. My bacon was dry, my biscuit was dry, and the gravy was cold and bland.

Hopped over to Block 23 during a conference at the Convention Center and really wasn't impressed at all. Once we arrived, it took almost 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us and give menus (seat yourself tables). Once our waitress finally came over, she was not the most friendly and didn't offer great suggestions. One of my dining mates asked about the French Dip, and our waitress couldn't provide any comments on it, other than she didn't sell it a ton - not a great way to sell menu items. I asked about the fried green tomato salad, and all she responded with was that she didn't eat fried green tomatoes, so couldn't speak to it. I wound up getting the strawberry spinach salad and a cup of tomato bisque. The soup was good, nice flavor with the garlic and a little cheese, but personally, I thought it could have been a little thicker. The salad was decent as well, and I appreciated having the dressing on the side. I enjoyed the combination of the bleu cheese and strawberries, but my salad had a ton of dried cranberries on it that they kind of took over the plate. I picked some of them out to save the salad, so wound up being pretty good. After finishing the meal, the waitress took another ~15 minutes to bring us our checks, and she never refilled my water in the meantime. Overall, even though the food was OK, wasn't entirely pleased with the service. Hopefully this improves in the future!

I had a coupon for a free breakfast buffet that came with my reservation at the Sheraton. The dining area is not attended by a hostess during breakfast time and there is a sign to seat yourself. When I arrived, there were no seats so I had to wait about 45 minutes for a table to become available. The buffet had scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, link sausages, bacon, french toast, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, and various fruit options. The eggs were ok, the coffee was better than average, and the bacon was good. Even though I was focused on the keto-friendly options, I looked at everything and noticed that the french toast didn't look very appetizing. I would go here again but only if I didn't have to wait so long and if it were included with my room - I think the price to purchase the buffet was $16.99. There are much better options within walking distance of the Sheraton that have better prices.
