The level of how slow they are, is just unacceptable considering how many people were working behind the counter. I stood at the counter and not one person even acknowledged me so I just walked out. to not even say hey we will be with you in one moment when there's multiple people working is ridiculous.

The food was ok but I've never seen a restaurant be willing to lose business because they are stingy with ketchup packets . Seriously he gave me like 4-5 and I asked for extras because I like ketchup and he told me sir we can't just give out ketchup like that. I know I'm being petty but seriously I've never been denied ketchup packets before

My husband ordered food through the drive through: whopper meal with cheese, sprite with no ice. The burger didn't have cheese, fries were cold, drink had a long, stiff hair floating on top of the liquid (looked like a pubic hair). This is what we received after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through. Never again. No stars.Looking at the other reviews, sounds like the health department needs to pay this location a visit.

I also was flabbergasted after sitting in the Drive-Thru with no escape for 45 minutes absolutely pinned in position, hoping that my efforts were not going to waste maybe a young kid learning there way through the workforce. Willing to be beyond patient and stretch my understanding abilities to their fullest capacity, with that being said my mind is still boggled as I pull up to the window and I am greeted with distinguished gentleman well into their 40s with capabilities of a toddler. Which I'm sure are very entertaining on a Saturday night but this is Sunday , can we keep the droopy diapers at home and get some work done.

Two days in a row.First day they didn’t put the Spicy sauce on my wrap and also made the wraps with chicken sandwich halves and not strips.Second day I use my $10 off for a bogo original chicken sandwiches on a quick lunch I paid extra for bacon didn’t get it I didn’t know reading was hard.

I was in the drive through line at 10:20 am. There were 4 cars that ahead of me one ordering. At 10:27 I thought to use the app. I left at 10:56. I would assume they are short staffed..
