I have been Managing this store for a few years now. Casey's has allowed my store to improve way past what it use to, with only more improvements to come! Any negative reviews, can come speak to me at the store and we can work to better the problems as we go! Thank you for my community for being the best customers I can ask for!
I have found that the employees are very niceMaybe it's the customer that makes all the negative reviews that are the problem. I have seen only one person working sometimes but (young black gentleman) he always apologies for having to wait. I don't mind because he is the only one there at the time. Sometimes the store has several customers. I say be a little patient with the employees. He cannot leave store to clean outside were people have thrown their garbage. The employees here were as nice as could be. We were in town for The Polar Express stopped in so the kids could use the restroom before getting back on the road. Our car broke down and they were kind enough to let us sit inside the store for 3 hours till we could get a tow. Even offered us coffee and hot cocoa to keep warm. These ladies were such a sweet blessing.
