This was our family's first time at any Chuck E. Cheese. We told the staff that when checking in and everyone was very happy and helpful. All our questions were answered and we all had a really good time. Would definitely recommend trying this for a family fun day.

First I’ll lead with the pizza and salad was great, the party manager on duty was very nice and helpful but the place is overly crowded with parties with several children. A birthday is to be special and it can’t be when there is 6 parties going on with lots of kids and one chukee, I feel it should be better organized with more room considering the amount of individuals in one party. & with the servers she was nice and very sweet but wasn’t proactive and intuned with hosting in my opinion and I feel if it wasn’t so crowded she could of done better so no shame on her shame on the way the place operates.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Joseph and staff. I was shocked at how friendly and engaging the staff were. The store had a up lifting vibe and was very comfortable. The cleanliness was unbelievable. To say the leadership is strong at this location is an understatement. It is alive and breathing. This store reflects that. Great leadership and great staffing combined for the perfect storm for a day with the kids!!Thank you Joseph and team!

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here today 1-13-2024 and Joseph was absolutely phenomenal!! We needed something last minute because everyone that was invited bailed on her party due to the cold. Joseph went out of his way to make her day. My daughter was upset while we were setting up because she was ready to play and no one was there yet. So he went and got her a 15 minute play card to make her happy. He went above and beyond for us! And I cannot say how thankful we are! If you see this THANK YOU!! you definitely made today special!Kid-friendliness: They were amazing towards my daughter!

The pizza was surprisingly good. Establishment was clean and not loud. It appeared that they might have been a bit short staffed, especially at the counter for redeeming tickets. It was a pleasant experience and our granddaughter had an enjoyable time. We'd go backKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly games and Chuck E Cheese character was very patient and made sure all children had a chance to meet and get a picture with them.
One star they ruined our day, they were keep coming to my children for not to do this and that. This is not the first time my children went to chuck e cheese, 2nd the guy on front told me that I can bring my food but later they kept coming us and said that you guys are not allowed,if it is so you guys give us complete information that what we can't bring. I definitely never gonna go back that location.
