My first day visiting OKC was quite something! It ended up being much colder and windier then the weather app had said and I did not have the proper attire. I was staying downtown and needed something to eat badly as I had huge flight issues the day prior and ended up not eating for 24-hours. With that said, I was shocked at the lack of quick service options in the downtown area. I do realize Oklahoma is not a very populated state and as such, knew OKC was also going to be small on the scale of cities, but I still would have thought there would at least be more food options for people to walk to! Of the few options around, few were open past 2:00 on a friday afternoon, which was also shocking to me! I finally stumbled upon City Bites which was only a few blocks away and was upen until 3:00 (or something like that) so I rushed out the door and flew there. It is inside of what looks to be like a commercial office space and there's no sign outside so I walked into this building hoping for the the best. Thankfully City Bites was easy to find and there was plenty of seating in the lobby area. I don't know what this building actually was for, but I was happy to have somehwere to eat inside so that I didn't have to run back to my hotel holding food in rain, wind and cold. I opted to try the Southwest Turkey cold sub, with added avocado. It was delicious! I'm not sure if it was becuase I was so starving and everything would be good, but I devoured the entire thing! It was bursting with flavor, the bread soft and the ingredients fresh. Their menu in general has a good amount of things on it and if I lived nearby I would definitely be coming back to try one of their large salads or loaded baked potatoes!

Ordered for the first and last time today. I ordered in advance which was a bad decision. They didn’t have white bread so instead of calling me or even emailing me with the information I provided, they gave me dry, hard wheat bread which is not comparable. The sandwich is trash and it was a waste of eight dollars.

co worker ordered for us on post mates.. did not put my extra chipotle on my potato or on side or extra ranch. sent tea with no ice.. ordered one sweet one unsweet both were sweet. and only one fork.. thank you for making me have an unpleasant experience

They send you order back before you pay for it so don't order until your ready, also they will rush you even if they don't have a line, so not very good customer service, I still had to want 15 minutes for the order that had already been sent back.

My order was $10.19. last Friday I believe (Short Hispanic girl with glasses.) I gave her $21. She looked at me funny I said so I could a 10 back. She proceeded to hand me two 5's and shut the register. "What about my $.81 I asked." She said " huh? Well I can't open the register unless you buy something. " This place is worse everytime I go. Apparently basic math is not a skill required by cashiers here. And neither is customer service. Not to mention the ever failing quality of the product they're pushing. Unless you have no other option I highly recommend going somewhere else

never had any issues with the city bites downtown until yesterday, when i never got my order when everyone that came in after me was getting their orders. when i tried asking the guy that runs the place, assuming he is a manager, he got an attitude and said its coming, so as i waited about another 3 minutes and i only have so long for lunch, i asked one of the girls for a refund, got my money and not once did either the girl or manager say sorry.

THIS SALAD IS BOMB. And did I mention that I got it through doordash and it still showed up bomb like this? A little too much lettuce, I hate the skinny cut lettuce but that's just me... but this salad has avocado, sour cream, chipotle sauce, Fritos and SEASONED CHICKEN. PERFECT FOR LUNCH. Every bite was delicious. Do make sure to kind of mix the sour cream thought cos my first bite was like eating out of the container.

I ate here often during jury duty and Lexus helped me every time. She is so fantastic and has exceptional customer service!! It made jury duty better by knowing I’d be greeted with her cheerfulness at lunchtime! Highly recommend!!
