Underwhelmed.... we moved here to OKC a year ago and a few months back I saw this location and kept it in the back of my mind, the wife let me choose tonight so I chose this.I was hoping this was a sit down and order restaurant but when I opened the door too find it wasn't I had some reserve but I said I'll give it a shot.... so we walk up to the counter and the first thing I see is that she has a dirty shirt and food stuck to it, not a great first impression but we move forward and my wife lets them know we have never been here before and so she suggests the quarter chicken.So my wife and I order the quarter chicken and she chose the loaded mashed potatoes and okra and I chose the quarter chicken, fries and green beans, we told the young lady that we wanted the paper cups and she pressed to get us to buy the souvenir cup and so we said ok.Utensils were plastic ware, ok we set down and I notice the trash can was close to overflowing and they bring the food my wife was not impressed with the mashed potatoes but thought the chicken was decent and hers was hot, mine it was lukewarm at best and dry, the fries were the best part of the meal, I didn't touch the green beans, the roll was just a roll nothing special and it wasn't even in the same category of lukewarmAll in al it was okay at best, I was under-whelmed and the fact that at 6 pm on a Friday night that they weren't busy should have told me a lot, like I have said before it was okay but I severely doubt I will return.

Great customer service above and beyond! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they never have the rotisserie chicken legs we want ready without us having to wait a long time for more to be cooked.

On Thursdat 2/22/24, my girlfriend and I went in to eat here. Needless to say that we turned around and walked out after a more then unhelpful and rude young lady would only tell us order at the kiosk. After we informed her that we had problems, she wouldn't even offer any help or ask us to wait a minute so she could help. Run as fast as you can away from this place and go around the corner to Swadels and enjoy good service and food.

Tried for the first time tonight and was disappointed. I got the 5 legs meal and the legs were so dry and tough. I arrived 8 minutes before my given pick up time and it had been sitting out for who knows how long and not even under a heater just in a bag sitting on the counter. The texas rub flavor itself was really good and the beans. Most likely will not return.

Honestly one of the best chicken places in Oklahoma, the sweet tea is fantastic, the chicken has flavor, and the sides are amazing. Even the brisket is pretty great! The ranchero beans are fantastic!

Every single item we ordered was missing something. My brisket sandwich didn't come with BBQ sauce lol. Sides we ordered were missing. Mexican corn was full of liquid like soup. Mac was mid and one had bread crumbs and one didn't. Zero consistency or effort into creating our order. First and last time here. I would avoid this place unless you're like 80 and have no sense of taste like my grandfather who cheated on my grandmother and destroyed our family.
I wish they would get their app fixed so that I can order from the app and have my food delivered again when I need it delivered. This has been an ongoing issue since 2020. I have done as I was instructed to uninstall reinstall I have done this multiple times. I just wish that they would get it fixed I've lost multiple Rewards due to this. The food I give a five-star the app I would give a one-star because I can't even get it to work and order food from less than 10 miles down the road if even that and have it delivered. It has been an ongoing issue with the app since 2020 and they've even had a new update.

We ordered 2 rotisserie chickens from here 2 days before pickup at 3:45pm for an important family gathering. I showed up 10 minutes before the pickup time and the workers looked rather confused by my presence. I said I have an order for pickup. They said we are out of chicken. I said I placed it 2 days ago.Right about that time my wife called me and told me they canceled our order 10 minutes before I got there.This put our family in a significant bind as we counted on this meal for our gathering.I have a hard time supporting an establishment who does not prioritize pre-orders. Do we think they had absolutely no chicken for 2 days and remained open? I doubt that very seriously.I hope this messsage gives others pause before ordering. I very-much do not like giving poor reviews, but this was unacceptable.
