Total chaos - drive thru worker was yelling at the customer in front of me this morning for not understanding how the menu works. The customer was elderly and was being very polite and trying to understand, but she kept yelling at him like he was stupid, and then finally slammed the window on him. He pulls around and goes inside to get helped.I pull up to the window after repeating my order 3 times at the speaker. I wait and wait and wait and no one ever comes to the window. I can see the worker through the window yelling on the phone, hands flying in the air, and out of control. So I drive off after about 5 minutes of being ignored.I call the next closest store and speak to their GM and was told they had the same DM. So I asked for a call from the DM. Never got a call. Which explains why the stores are in such chaos, because even the corporate level doesn't care. It's leadership down.I don't see Del Taco lasting too much longer, unfortunately.

When I come at 2:30 after the bars, no problem. I come at 11:30 at night? I’m waiting 30 minutes in line to get my food. It’s not that the line was long but that it takes 10 minutes to get a car their food. Do better.

The Crunchy Taco's were good and stuffed. The Casadella was old cold and cheese only. I love the Taco's and will order here again. Prices are cheap.

One of two cars in the drive thru, and no one in the lobby, service was so slow almost 15 minutes for 2 bean burritos, and a combo meal. Food was awful; bland, cold, and tortillas were pretty stale. This place is such a disappointment the worst place in this area.

I first heard of Del Taco watching "The Big Bang Theory." I have gone to it pretty much ever since. Del Taco is great because you get free food with the app. Service can vary, but the line moves fast through the drive-through. Service is very consistent.

The air conditioning was set to an uncomfortably low temperature, forcing customers to wait outside for their orders.Our wait time was 20 minutes for a total of six tacos and three burritos. Unfortunately, our order was incomplete—three tacos were missing. We chose not to wait another 20+ minutes for them to correct the mistake.
