Usually 1:30pm nobody-service OK. Today 8:50 am I went in to purchase 3 bags of coffee, & want a coffee & some donuts- the lady- dont know if she is manager- said the computer in front is down- took the 3 bags to other side & let me stand there. Other people come in she serves them first.. I asked why I am not finished. She did not say anything. On one side where tables are a homeless took off her shoe/ sock… I agree it is chaotic.

They do not honor their posted hours. I sat in drive through at 5am and was ignored. Parked, went to front door - the employee saw me and I knocked on door. She walked past me went behind counter then came back to door and cracked it and asked what I wanted. ??? Um….well I wanted to order breakfast and coffee before going to work? She rolled her eyes and another employee said we’re short staffed and don’t have a register open…. Needless to say I’ll be starving at work thanks to my wasted time here.

This place is an absolute nightmare. It's been this way since it opened in our neighborhood. Go in for donuts and wait 30 minutes, when you're the only one in the place. Dirty looks from employees, incorrect orders, you name it, it gets screwed up.

Love that there is a Dunkin not to far from where I am. Not a fan of parking or the drive thru but it is a great location. Location is in a very popular spot for people to visit and is walking distance to a few places. Staff is nice. This is probably the closest dunkin to downtown/Bricktown

Chelsea and Farah were so kind! Excellent and quick service! I got extra donuts for a good cause at no extra charge!
Some hours, there's really nobody eating in, so lots of seating.Food is fresh and made to order. They always have the donuts you want and have specials! And a club! I saw all ages here. And you can park definitely, though sometimes it looks like you cannot.
Starbucks has gotten too expensive and this location is just down the street from my job. I usually get a decaf iced caramel latte and munchkins. The drive through is kinda in an alleyway but once you find it the first time it’s easy to find.

Experience was good window guy was not very professional, looking needs to pull his pants up and tighten his belt up. Not a very good way to represent a company that he is working for. I’m sure this is not in your standard work attire policy as well.

This location is so slow, especially during drive thru. They will not have a line inside, the hot chocolate I ordered was straight up water, and one of the workers had their weed pen in the back of their pocket! Just a very unprofessional location and hot mess.
