They always lie about the pickles and onions ???. I've ordered online or over the phone and requested pickles and onions on multiple occasions and the waiter or waitress tells me they're in the bag and when I get home nothing. I really used to like your restaurant but now not so much, it's sad when a place like yours goes down hill on something so simple as PICKLES AND ONIONS.

Wow...My 1st and last time....This had to be the wosre BBQ I ever had. NO Taste, Bland dry brisket, on a huge dry hamburger bun. I trashed my plate after a few bites it was just not appetizing....I wouldn't recommend getting BBQ from this location.

The earls on north western is head and shoulders above the other ones if tried, the earlopeno burger is great only thing I could say bad about them is they changed their fries they used to have some of the best fries in okc now they’re fries are average at

I will never order from there again I order the pig pack add the ribs I got the butt of the rib and they could of gave more for the price I paid for only basically two ribs I’m very unsatisfied I called and all they said is I’m sorry if u thought u was getting more for as much as I paid for the food the portion was not enough..

Food was absolutely disgusting, the worst barbecue I’ve ever tasted on Gods green earth, horrible I’m sorry it just wasn’t it for me. On top of that horrible customer service the employee that I had was extremely rude with a bad attitude.
Been going to this location off and on for years. It's nice enough, but the food doesn't seem to match the prices. They also serve their smoked bologna in thin slices, not chunks, like who does that????? Prolly won't go back, since there's other places just as good if not better for the price.

What you see is what you get with Earls, and it definitely lives up to the high Oklahoma standard of authentic barbeque! The environment is a classic BBQ spot feel and, in all honesty, the age demographic is usually on the higher side and exactly what you'd expect, but I take that as a seal of approval in this location. The food is timeless and I'm pretty sure I nearly order every side on the menu here, but what sets it over the top and makes it worth returning to is the service. It's an "order at the counter and take a number" restaurant, but even then, the attendee taking my order at the register has been so amazing, he even recognized me last time I dined in. A gem of a human and feels like Southern comfort all wrapped up. If you're in the mood for a hometown barbeque meal, Earls is the place to go.

The ribs were very bland and dry. We had to get our own plates and serve ourselves. When asked a question we were given the "I don't know". Every time. Was asked for a tip. A tip for what!?. Here's a tip : be kind and courteous to everyone. You never know who could be a food critic walking through the door.

I have been a customer for decades, but the last 2 times I've eaten at the Western store, it has not been good. The flavors were off on everything.I won't be back, I hate it but not going to pay today's prices for sub standard food at a place I've been to hundreds of times. There are several very good B BQ places in OKC.

I have ordered catering for my office twice from Earls and have never had anything less than amazing service. They are so helpful and always treat me so well when I come to pick it up. I would recommend them 100 times over. They always make sure to ask about dietary restrictions without me even mentioning it. I cannot say enough good things about them.
