Great experience this is my first time in and I was blown away. First the employee that greeted me was very friendly and helpful. Lauren H. Is her name and she made sure I was taken care of especially the extra bread sticks, they were hot and very tasty. Employee's like her are hard to find. Food was also really great.

Sammy, Faten and Izac were wonderful ❤️I had left my bank card at home and Sammy offered to pay for my meal! When Faten delivered my chicken Alfredo she made me feel like I was in an up scale restaurant!I Didn't realize that while I sat and eat my meal that Izac the cook was sitting in the booth in front of me patiently waiting to ask me how I enjoyed my meal. (Which was very tasty by the way)I also got the chance to sit and visit with the young man for a bit and had a pleasant conversation while he waited for his ride.This Crew definitely earned the 5⭐️ rating I gave them!

So, I accidentally left a review that was good and forgot to rate it with the stars. I rate this Fazoli’s five stars! They were so helpful with my three big orders for my daughter’s basketball team! They were so nice and made sure they gave us some extra breadsticks and paperware. The manager always was there making sure everything was correct when we picked up our order!! We would get there pans of spaghetti and chicken Alfredo and it feeds about 45-50 people. Their breadsticks at this location are amazing!

I and my husband used to came here all the time before when I was still pregnant. Their food was decent, the service was good and we didn’t have to wait long. However now the prices are abit much..With those prices we can go to Olive Garden and have way better food..Probably not going to be back for
