Cashier was rude and wearing gloves while handling the phone and cash register. Took a phone call in the middle of the order and didn’t talk to us for the rest of our order. Everyone was wearing gloves while touching anything but the food. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a 16 dollar little burger and little fries. Not worth it at all. Wonder what kind of bacteria is on my food!

Five Guys is a fast food restaurant, but it stands out as being particularly genuine in its presentation and food. The ingredients they use are out on display forming the line to the counter. The place in Idaho where their potatoes are from that day are shown on a whiteboard. The fries are clearly hand-cut (get the Cajun ones. They're delicious!), the burgers aren't made from frozen patties, and everything from the milkshakes to the burgers are fully customizeable. Going to Five Guys is always a homey and comfortable experience with food that doesn't mind letting unhealthiness get in the way of its taste and charm.Oh, but if you have a peanut allergy, stay far away!
I have yet to eat here but so far I am impressed ??

This day, five guys burger and fries was not the same. The usual juicy hamburger was just so so the meat was overdone. I was there sorta I don’t expect the world to stop when I walk in. I just expect consistency to give it a consistently good rating I did not get that this time.
