We visited on Friday night, fairly busy but got us seated quickly. The server was very kind and attentive, the food was delicious and such great prices. I got the pasta sampler and everything was spot on for only ≈$14. We will be back for sure!Parking: It is a fairly tight lot, found it to be more open behind the restaurant.

The food is still good. The service could of been better, we went without water. They were busy on a friday night.Kid-friendliness: We have 2 to 12 year old they all enjoy the offerings.Wheelchair accessibility: My grandfather was a double amputation above the knee and he would of been able to enjoy a nice dinner with the family here.
Tried for the first time last night, and wasn't disappointed. Food was great!!

My husband and I recently moved into the neighborhood across the street and were excited to see a local Italian restaurant nearby, but we were extremely disappointed with the food we had tonight. We walked in and ordered to go, then drove the two minutes home. Even though we sat down to eat less than five minutes after we were handed our food, the mozzarella sticks and rolls were cold. The hot buffalo wings actually tasted like soap. The pasta was decent enough, but certainly not good enough to justify the price. The people working there seemed friendly enough and the atmosphere was comfortable, but we won’t be coming back.

Wife and I come here a couple times a month. Never disappointed. We both started with fresh house salads which were delicious. Fresh, crisp, cold. House dressing is original and very good. Their fresh baked rolls are soft, warm and full of flavor. My wife had the chicken parmesan with spaghetti and said it was the best she'd ever had there. I had the capellini with chicken. I was mildly disappointed. I expected more tangy taste. There were almost no Greek olives, very few capers to impart a seasoned flavor. The dish tasted unseasoned, so I added parmesan for at least a little savor. There was plenty of sliced black olives. We both took half the food home. Both reheated very nicely; but I added sliced Greek olives and more capers for the taste I felt was missing.

The atmosphere is great, the food was amazing. The place wasn't too crowded, so we would have been seated right away, even without a reservation. This is one of those awesome little hole in the wall restaurants that everyone loves! An Italian family runs the place and the food is really authentic. My wife had sampler plate and I had the eggplant parmigiana with an order of Italian sausage, both were delicious and well presented. I am looking forward to my next visit to try more of their dishes! The only con would be that the wait staff wasn't very attentive, in spite of it not being super busy.

The eggplant and a lasagna was wonderful. So good, the bread also, but the service & atmosphere received low points, I still left a small tip because I always do, but it would have been better if we had a better experience. I would not recommend Frankie's Italian restaurant, It's more friendlier at the Olive garden, We were the only ones in the restaurant and they set us over on a cold window hard seats. It was almost like they were trying to hide us.Parking: Parking is one way in & out, we had to turn our vehicle with staff vehicles parked in our way, we needed to park in handicap and we did but it was hard to get out of it.
Pretty close to a new favorite. This place has had dozens of restaurants in it, and finally hosts a winner. Great service, inviting decor and tasty italian. Only had the sausage sandwich but was perfect flavors with fresh baked french roll and perfectly roasted sausage. Friends enjoyed the pasta combo. Oh and the creme cake was a treat. I'll be back for sure.
