Never got my food yesterday. ? The manager came to the drive-thru window with an attitude because the G pay never works at these restaurants. ? Made an online order for my family, and app said it would be ready 13-18 min. Left to get it after 13 min. Told girl at front what order I'm here to pick up. Waited an additional 20 min all the while girl is looking at me. I asked if my order is ready, and it was just sitting there getting cold, and no one told me. Called to complain and loud mouth on the phone wasn't worth speaking to. Accused me of making multiple orders and getting rude. I only made one order, and they didn't even get the order right.

Employees were nice, the girl taking our order didn't know the difference in a burger and a patty melt. The ice cream always good even though I don't think the concrete is concrete enough, more like a thick shake,sundae very good! We got the Turtle flavor. The soda wasn't to good,to much carbonation not enough flavor. Noise level is pretty loud

Wife Ordered a chocolate malt with her meal tonight. At the window waiting on our food she noticed that it was a chocolate shake not a chocolate malt. When mentioned to the girl at the drive-thru window, she looked at us as if we were a ghosts, had no idea what to say and cluelessly offered a spoon. Terrible service. Not what you'd expect while spending almost $50 for dinner.
We just had the best customer service from the manager. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. Our family really appreciates how Freddy’s supports the military. This Freddy’s is great!

Might not be for everyone, but this was a top tier fast food meal. Shoutout to the cook (w-Male) with the ponytail- the burgers were great- cooked to perfection, crispy, juicy, and well seasoned. The fries were FRESH. I know it's fast food, but it's one of the BEST fast food burgers I've had.
