Food was gross , I actually got sick after eating the orange chicken, first of all it didn't look right it was chewy and didn't taste like it should, it was like eating calamari, the egg rolls were nasty tasting they tasted old an gamy , the beef and broccoli was slimy and chewy it was the grossest Chinese food I have ever had. It All Bad there , good is nasty , staff attitudes are nasty and the prices are ridiculous if the food was good the prices would still suck ... This place all around is foul never ever again

I will no longer be ordering from this location again. My family and I have been eating here for 10+ plus years now. It seems now when you try and place an order I’m always getting rushed before I can even finish saying the last item I want to order. I’ve been recently asking them to please read back what was ordered just so I know I was heard correctly, and once I get the order it’s completely wrong. The young who delivers is always nice and offers to go back to the store to correct it, but once he does that the rest of the food is cold.

Let me start out by saying we really were surprised by our order and experience on 12/8/23. We've eaten at Great Wall before and been very happy- quality, quantity, taste, etc- that's why we've gone back a number of times. The last time (before this) we went was early fall.So when we were looking for something quick, hot and tasty, we called ahead and placed our order for beef & brocoli, and fried rice.... but when we got it home, the rice wasn't fried (more like yellow-ish colored white rice with a couple of peas and carrots, and the beef wasn't.... beef(?)-- it was grey and slimy and just terrible....... we remarked about being surprised at the quality, but decided to "sit on it," figuring that if we still felt the same way the next day, we'd go back and tell them about the experience.,The earliest I had a chance to go back was 12/10 to give them feedback and a chance to make it right-- wasn't asking for a refund, but thought perhaps they'd make a gesture.Instead- nothing. Their response was that we should have called that night, but 2 days later, nothing could be done. End of story. So between food quality and lack of customer service we (sadly) won't be going back. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants around that we will give an opportunity to earn our repeat business

I used to order take out from this location often but will no longer be doing so after my last experience ordering. I was charged an additional $2 to have sauce on the side on a meal that already came with sauce (I am a diabetic) and was not notified of the up charge. In addition, they charged me another $2 for an item I didn’t order. I had contacted the restaurant and spoke with the owner to try and address both issues and they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and said they would not refund any of the additional charges or provide compensation of any kind. I am upset and disappointed with the service I received after spending $30 to be completely dismissed and treated as if it were my wrongdoing. I would recommend you choose to order anywhere else but here!

Still our favorite Chinese food. Moved to Edmond, but still drive back over because we can't find anything that compares in Edmond. Everything is great!

Tried their fried rice and egg drop soup. Chicken in the rice was not firm and shrimp had no flavor. Just not seasoned well. Soup was ok. At least the food was hot. Not much else.

What a kind, approachable family runs this place. It's a hole in the wall spot but a Great little kitchen with a knowledgeable chef at the woks. Lots of fun to watch and extremely good food flavor. I found this place by accident and will definitely be returning out of my way for the food here.

The hunt continues for good Chinese takeout... I picked this up in person. Can taste the OLD grease on the fried rice... the restaurant is filthy as well!

My last time going here, I live very close by. I know the standards for my dishes as my parents use to own this type of restaurant and I work in the industry on and off 10-20 years. But I still miss the food every once in a while. My main issue was when I order my shrimp with broccoli, literally the only season was soy sauce that I tasted. There was no Kung Pao sauce where it had a bit of savory and sweetness to it. It was literally straight up salty and soy.

Old food seasoned with condiments and extra extra oil. Soups are just water and oil. No substance. Awful customer service. If you are not white, they cannot understand your English. Very prejudiced.
