First timer. Asked waiter for recommendation and went with two of what he mentioned - Denver Omelette and Cheeseburger. The omelette was just okay but the Hubs loved the cheeseburger. I would definitely order something else if I go back. Waiter was great. Overall, decent.

Had brunch, here after a cancelled flight. Great coffee! With a visit just for the coffee. I had a smoked beef burrito. Melted in my mouth! The green chili sauce was perfect. I’ll be back! Friendly staff, too.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Once seated I waiting 15 minutes to even be acknowledged and to order (the table next to me was seated and got to order first even though they came in 10 minutes after me. I ordered a water and a coffee and received it after the next table who ordered right before me received their food. I then waited over 35 minutes for an omelette that was bland and tasteless. The omelet came with some hash brown balls? That had a taste but not a good one. They basically tasted of dirty fry oil. There was a salad that came with the omelette that was decent. And the sourdough toast that was $3 was smaller than a spoon, cold and no butter was supplied. Refills on drinks were slow and the waitress was totally disinterested in helping customers. My advise don't waste your time or money

It took forever to get this new place opened and frankly the temporary spot was better. I found out the bar is open seating after I waited almost ten minutes in line - cut the line!! They are clearly understaffed because the service here is terrible and the servers were all complaining to each other. My egg sandwich was soggy and the hash brown balls were cold. No salt, pepper or ketchup to be and forget trying to ask for it.Skip this and go to another place in the airport.

We were early for our flight and in need for a good start to the day. This place is excellent!!! It has a wide variety of breakfast options and it comes out hot and quick. I ordered the Avacdo toast and a single biscuit and gravy. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend the biscuit and gravy, very good!! My daughter ordered the pancake with bacon on top! All very good and highly recommended. Our server was also very friendly and helpful. Don’t skip this place!!!

Easily the best airport breakfast I've had in years.
I normally avoid airport food at all costs but was pleasantly surprised by Hatch at OKC. The food and service were excellent. I will definitely return.

I order a burger and it lacked salt and flavor. It was well cooked but that’s it.Service was slow and bad. Not a thank you or please, they basically forgot I was there and had to beg for my check. I could see my server doing other things chit chats with other customers. When she, finally, brought the check she basically throw it to me without a thank you.Not a great place to eat in this airport.

I did not expect food this delicious in an airport restaurant. The meal was perfectly balanced -- the hash brown tumblers are amazing, and even the arugula salad with their champagne vinaigrette was quite tasty.Coupled with a friendly and responsive staff, it was a great meal. This is my "go to" stop for any future travel in the OKC airport. What a treat!
