If i could give negative stars i would. You wont get treated right unless youre related to someone in management and issues dont get solved unless it affect Amandas(current gm) paycheck. Current desk girl been there a year and a half TOPS and makes $20 where as people who have been there 10+ years who do actual labor work are fighting imperial to pay them more than $16. This place is a joke. Ive been watching this place for the last 12 years and just save yourself the mental stress cuz i promise its worse than the work itself. Oh and a gm never lasts more than 5 years so dont get me started on the rest of the crew? its not stable here so just save yourself

One of the worst vending companies out there. Half of the machines don’t give change back the one at mercy hospital in Oklahoma City especially is broken and they don’t care. In it just for the money employees can care less about customer service. I would have rated it a 0 if I could. Hope they lose all contracts.

Overpriced “convenience price“ you guys are charging $2.xx for a 12oz jumix when the cost is $.54 a can. I will be buying a 24 pack at Sam’s club and taking them to work. That’s another level of taxing ?

I love Imperial LLC! I have been employed for 3 years and they have treated me the best I have ever been treated by any employer. Not only do they appreciate their employees, they give back to our communities through the food banks! They have donated over 135,000 pounds of food back to the communities! If you don't use them for your vending and coffee services currently, you need to check us out!
