NEVER EVER WILL WE EVER AGAIN!!!!Maaaaaan let me tell y'all!! The ONLY reason I put A star is ONLY because of my own mistake in not checking our order BEFORE I LEFT THE PROPERTY. My family and I came through late for dinner..about 9 ish. I told whomever answered the speaker that I had a big order, and that I was sorry in advance.....you could tell in their tone of voice they didn't like having to work. Now, the order might have been large, but it was NOT complicated. Some chicken, some egg rolls, and a burger made into combos. Once I completed my order...we had to go back over the order 4 times!! So, I took a deep breath and proceeded to the window. I sat there 15 minutes-ish before I was NOT GREETED....paid for my order via cash approx. $63.20...I looked at the receipt...the only thing wrong at the time was the burger combo wasn't modified so I told the clerk about the error, and I had to repeat myself 3 times....I'm definitely loud enough due to my husband....I watch her tell another clerk to modify the combo....we received our food....NOW THIS IS WHERE I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT CHECKING THE ORDER BEFORE I LEFT ?....get home....over half of the eggrolls are burned black....our popcorn chicken is nothing but bits of fried breading..fries are so hard you could build a house with them....and the burger combo was NOT MODIFIED!! I was so upset last night that I knew if I went back it would not have ended good or nor would the phone call, which I did try to do multiple times, but they didn't answer shockingly so I took that as a sign to wait before I reviewed this location #6143?. Our order number was #168 and employee's name is Carmen @ 9:24pm....I know it was late buuuuut comprehension and customer service go a long way when working with food and the public. We were not impressed to say the least!

The 2 white male employees work in the evening on Sunday, 4-21-24, are very rude. The place is dirty. They don't want people to use restroom and lie about don't know where the key to the restroom. They need better management at this location. When I came 1 was stand by the entry smoke and came in without washing hand. Please look at the picture to see the fried was on the ground and no one clean up. It's very messing.

(night crew) Out of everything in my order, I was missing the utensils, Correction on the drink, dressing for the salad, and fries! There’s no point in getting your order quick if it’s not what you ordered! I will not be ordering from here again at night!

I got the buttery classic, and it wasn't bad. Flavor was there, but every time I come and get curly fries, their not curly. They crispy crumbs. Like, come on! But other than that, it's not too bad.
This specific Jack in the box does not serve at 4am and gives every excuse to not serve customers. It says it’s 24 hours, we expect 24 hour service. I work at 5am everyday. However, when I arrive around 4:30am (and this has been multiple times) they say “the computer is updating” that’s been about 3 to 4 times, now last week it was “my manager says we aren’t taking orders”…what? Why even be 24 hours? Why even have the open sign lit up? I told myself if another time happened I would be writing a review so here I am. If you’re counting on a late night snack or work early in the morning, go to McDonald’s. Don’t even try Jack in the Box, they’re unreliable and lazy.

First time at jack in the box, got tiny tacos, was super good. Workers were nice and helpful, wish the bathrooms were just a little cleaner but it's okay. Ya'll had cherry hi-c which is my favorite drink so that made my night since I can't ever find it anywhere.
