Placed a doordash order and the guy who answered it was very rude and they delivered it to the wrong place. He seemed very confused when I told him they gave it to the wrong person. All I wanted was a refund not attitude.

Ordered a #13 no pickles, got a plain bread loaf with bacon and nothing else and smeared mustard. Waste of money and time. Guess the cashier was trying to b funny since he had an attitude waiting for us to order. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

It's ridiculous how little meat they put on a sandwich. One thing slice of turkey. All I could taste was bread and vegetables. They clearly have no idea about the ratio of meat to bread.

I have started trying to watch my cards. I went here for the new unwhich. It's like the sandwich you want wrapped in fresh lettuce instead of bread. I really enjoyed it. Be been there twice this week. Great food, great service! I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!!

I'm a fan of JJ's... much more than any other sandwich shop, specifically because they offer the bread less unwich! This time it was fairly uneventful... when I order I was trying to see if what I wanted had mayo so I asked and he said no... my response 'good, I don't like Mayo!' Guess what was on heavily on my wrap.... A vat of mayo! I was already back to my hotel with it, so I was stuck with it. Blech! I managed to pick a few things off to eat but most of it went in the garbage. The shop looked clean and maintained, I wasn't in there long, just quick enough to order and wait for my order, a few minutes at most. I'll probably give them another shot when I'm in town, but this time was completely disappointing!

I got a chicken jalapeno ranch lettuce wrap and they didn't put any chicken on it. I went back in to tell them and the girl making the sandwiches pretty much ignored me. The manager told her to make it again. The sandwich was delicious, but it can’t take the bad taste out of my mouth. I ordered my food and there was some complications since it was done through their app.When explaining it, the employees were less than interested in what I was saying. Needless to say I waited 18 minutes for a basic sandwich. I watched 10 people walk in, order then get their sandwich. I asked if my order was lost and they said we are getting to it. Seems like it’s only freaky fast when they feel like it.Update: found plastic wrapper in second half of my sandwich. Strange how that has never happened until now. Changed from 2 to 1 star. Go out of your way to another location. Or just get Jersey Mikes. They might actually be “freaky fast”.

The only nice I can say about this place is they are clean. Otherwise their sandwiches lacked flavor and ingredients. I basically got bread and veggies with very little roast beef.

Dude at the drive through needs to lay off the medical marijuana.Check your receipts and make sure it got keyed in right. Then check your bag to make sure you got handed the right order.

The bread here is hands down the best I've ever tasted on a sub! It didn't appear that they did hot sandwiches so that's something to remember. We got ours delivered. Yummy!
