5 Stars easily all the way across. Look at the pictures. All this food for $15.99. Steak, Lasagna, Salad, bread & oil with spices. The service was really good so I tipped pretty well.

I attempted for months to get this restaurant to do the right thing, and they refused, so here it goes. I visited this location in January with my kids. While I was in the restroom, a waiter spilled marinara all over my oldest son (19) and table. When I came out, there was still marinara on his clothes, the seats, and in his coke. I had to flag down someone to clean it up. No one offered any apologies and the manager was just standing at the kitchen area, on her phone, completely ignoring the entire restaurant. The waiter we had was nice enough, but he barely spoke above a whisper and we couldn't hear him at all. Then they got my sons order wrong. Still, zero apologies. Manager never came to our table to see how our experience was or anything. I emailed their corporate office and got zero apologies from this restaurant. I will never return to this location again. All they had to do was clean it up and apologize, but they couldn't even manage that.

Ok, let me start by telling you that I was a server, for years! The fact that the server literally came out about 10 minutes after myself and my mom being seated isn't the biggest problem! My mother had to go and ask for a refill on her coffee, to which the server said "it's at the end of the bar, I'll bring it to you." However, she didn't. 10 minutes later she brings my salad and has the audacity to say " what did you order? I threw away the paper I wrote it on." Are you kidding me!!! There weren't that many people at all!!!! We left!!!! Do better!!!! This is ridiculous and I know for sure that if the previous manager was there, this wouldn't have happened! Also, where are the staff??? NO ONE WAS IN THERE!!!

Called in an order for spicy Romano chicken showed up to take dinner home and it was the spice shrimp. The manager advised they had a new employee that got confused. The new employee was so willing to help get all the extras that we needed to complete our dinner. The manager took amazing care of us and as always the food was amazing. Thank you guys for everything.

Update: We decided to try here again, it was awful… again.This place has over multiple occasions messed up my food... pretty much every time! The very last time I have decided to try to eat here we came in and no one was waiting there are empty tables everywhere and the hostess tell me it will be a 20-30 min wait..
Stopped by on a Friday to grab something to eat. Sat at the bar and the bartender that night was Kiera. She did a great job even tho she was busy. Made sure I had a fresh drink as the one I had emptied. Food was good but, it was the service that out it over the top. The manager even made rounds and we talked for a moment. Over all top notch place.

No bread for the table until meals came out. Server had to be new he didn't have silverware on table salads came out before everyone had their drinks,Also they was out of croutons. Our potato soup was Luke warm at best and potato where crunchy not cooked. We had our meals but had to wait on Parmesan cheese. It was very disappointing. And right after we got the meal he was asking if we needed Togo boxes. But the straw for me, was when he he used my space on the table for a serving station water was filled in front of me and spilled on the table. Johnny Carino's is slipping and was not cheap. I wished we went somewhere else.
