I don't eat KFC but perhaps once a year and today was my day. From the second I approached the door the customer service provided by the manager today was unstoppable and outstanding! Immediately open and friendly with a genuine heart to serve. The food was, as always good, but this manager in here today..... Solid work Expressway!
So in fairness to them I did order relatively late. And if I was asked to cancel my order or something like that I would for the most part understand.I had surgery done on my mouth so I can eat proper food so I ordered 2 bowls of mash potatos for myself and a chicken sandwhich for my roomie.The chicken sandwich was solid according to him, and the tea I got for myself was good aswell.However my mashed potatos were heartbreaking.
