Absolutely AMAZING experience! I first went with a friend and then came back with my sister a few weeks later just because we are nearby! I always try a different drink and they are always delicious! The customer service is phenomenal and the overall environment is very relaxed and calm. I will definitely continue to come here!

I walked in and I wasn't sure what to get but their employee Justin was very helpful! He helped recommend me a drink and I ended up getting a Lychee Tea with green tea and lychee jelly! It was so yummy!!! Very helpful employees at this beautiful establishment!!!

Please be more clear about when you guys are open. The google search says you’re open on Labor Day and I drove 15 minutes out of the way to your location just to find out you’re closed for the entire day. The voicemail should have immediately said you’re closed for Labor Day. I could have saved a trip! I will be going to a different location up the street from you.

Great tea!! The workers are always staying active and trying to be as productive as possible!! They have games to play while you hang with your friends and comfortable seating!! I recommend the honey milk tea with baby honey chewing boba!!!

Koala Tea is an excellent boba tea option for South Oklahoma City. Besides the traditional milk teas, flavored teas, and smoothies/slushies, Koala Tea also offers drinks not on the menu. Examples include sugarcane juice and the crazy drinks, which resemble and taste exactly to Teapioca Lounge's boba madness series. Sugarcane juice is exclusive to Koala Tea, and I don't think you could get it at any other boba tea shops. Giving the numerous boba shops popping up throughout Oklahoma City metro, Koala Tea has a place in the city due to location and providing unique drinks. It's a nice little shop that provides excellent service. It opens late and drinks are great, making it 5 stars worthy in my book.
