At an unassuming corner of a strip mall, it's clean and well-lit. The music was just a tad too loud, tad too obnoxious. Service was friendly, food was hearty and good. I got the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo; shrimp was fresh and tasty. Hubs got the Guiso Ranchero with added eggs on top, his was delicious. Will be back to try other stuff.
I'd go there for the authentic Mexican cheese sauce, salsa, chips and Mangonada alone! Chips are homemade with the perfect crisp, a little thicker and able to hold up to Queso. The Queso dip is a nice melted Mexican cheese - Oaxacan maybe? I tried not to have seconds but couldn't resist! Salsa is freshly homemade - not spicy at all, but they do have spicy available. We had Shrimp/Fish Soup - huge bowl full of seafood with potatoes and other veggies. Not spicy. Couldn't finish...read full review

The chimichanga was very good with cheese sauce. It is nice that queso and sopapillas come with the meal. Both are excellent. Service was good. Very plain dining room but I go for the food.
