I went through the drive-thru. They informed me that they were waiting on fresh chicken & offered me a free soda while I waited! They were super nice & made sure I had sauces, etc I requested.

Not sure whats up but their root beer tastes off.. like its more sweet than it is rooty. Ive had A&W root beer before and this one tastes like stale sugar water. The large cup I ordered came stuffed with ice to point no more can fit, not even enough drink to best a 12oz can of Coke. This is ridiculous considering a platter meal with said drink was over $18, as is without extras. Prices are increasing and everywhere is suffering. Oh and some staff here seem undertrained and clueless and/lor lazy to a point where they dont know their menu and promotions

I made my eat in order at 6:38pm, I requested a refund at 7:15 after waiting all that time with no food. There were at least 5 people working and everyone was super nice. Not sure what the reason for the delay was.

Fish tacos are great. Some sort of secret sauce they won't let you have on anything else.
Real ongoing COVID vibe, almost like an apocalyptic Netflix movie. Drive through takes forever, which would make sense if the lobby was full, but the lobby has been closed which feels like forever. Did not get my full order, which again, weird because we were in line over 20 mins, need to check the receipt but It was closer to 30 mins than not

Covid has been over for a while, why on earth is this stores lobby still closed down? Two employees smoking outside watched us unload kids from the car and let us get all the way to the door to find out their lobby still isn't opened up. Enough is enough open the
