Bartender added on an unauthorized tip to my bill after I signed my receipt. Pay cash only. Got in contact with the manager who stated they lost the receipt and they added on $5 for gratuity since they didn’t have the receipt. I let him know this was fraudulent and he was pretty offended going on about how it was just $5 and human error. Would not return since they are so loose with money and don’t want to assume responsibility for their mistakes. They refunded the unauthorized charge after the unnecessary discussion.Came in for drinks with a friend on 3/9!Drinks were good and service was fast, but would not recommend due to the above. Check your bank statements. While $5 isn’t a lot, it can be a lot for some people. It certainly adds up if it’s done to multiple people, easily.
Take your date to Lunar Lounge and have a great time in Midtown, OKC. The bar staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable of their craft, and have always provided me and my friends a great time. Bring back Dirtbag Thursday and feature a glizzy drink!
