I had someone pick up my order, I was charged for the blueberry pie and didn't receive it. My person went back and found out they didn't have the pie in stock,didn't say anything just charged. I was disappointed, but the staff quickly corrected the mistake, though, and were friendly and
Got there at 8:30 for a counter pickup but they apparently closed the lobby early so I was instructed to go through the drive thru and they apparently couldn't find my food for like 5 minutes. And my food got cold.
