Need new managers. It's sad when people line up at 5:00 am to get their day started and you get told they aren't open yet but the sign says OPEN AT 5:00 AM. Happens all the time and the workers are all sitting in the store on their phones! Terrible customer service!! Be better McDonald's!!

Idk their quality of food has gone down hill. Seams to me like their burgers are made and they have them sitting in a beef broth pan staying warm because other McDonald's I visit have better burgers. The prices are ridiculous

Placed my order in the drive thru at 7:57 pm. Asked for fries well done. I was asked to pull into space 2 to wait for my food. An employee brought out my food with soggy fries so I took my burger out and finished it -still hadn’t received my fries. After 15 minutes I went into the restaurant. Waited another 5 minutes and they still didn’t have my fries but everyone else who had placed orders in the drive thru and lobby received theirs. I left WITHOUT my fries. LOUSY service and I’ll never go to this location again.
Went through the drive thru location and got cold, soggy fries. I went back to get my order remade and when I got home realized they didn't include half of my order. Burgers buns were dry and new fries were stale.

Had to go back through because they gave me soggy fries and cold food , had them replace it they then forgot to put some food back on the order . It was ridiculous a d they were very rude ended up calling back when I got home about the missing food and manage niala was not very helpful.

The employees at McDonalds must work at the Popeye's across the street as well. How in the hell is it I go through drive thru and order a happy meal with double fries only to get home and discover not one fry in the damn box. Unbelievable. Thankfully, I live 3 blocks away in the Falcon Pointe neighborhood so I drove back up there, walk inside, explain what happened with the box in hand and the counter employee tells the folks making the meals they forgot my fries and everyone is standing around looking like a deer in the headlights. How many people does it take to drop 2 kiddie fries in a box??? Because of this, I now drive to my old neighborhood and get my McDonald's from May and SW104th. Now those employees over there get it right every single time.
