They have remodeled inside since I have been in last. I've been using the drive-through. It has been remodeled to the very unfriendly, unwelcoming front counter designed for DoorDash pick up. It has 1 menu board and 2 registers so close together there is not room for 2 people to work. This is a push to make people order in the app or at the kiosk (I can never get the kiosk to work.) They also took out the soda fountain so no more refills on your own.In this day and age after Coivd they are driving people away instead of welcoming then in.This also helps them cut jobs.
They want to make you pay extra money for extra m&ms in a McFlurry, but don’t want to give you what you paid for. Anytime a customer asks for ice cream with EXTRA things in it, let the school kids in the back make them, because they follow better instructions than the adults lol. It’s ridiculous

Swung by this store to grab something to eat after doing some grocery shopping. Went to order the 10pc chicken nuggets with the new chili sauce. Multiple times the person interrupted me and was mumbling to the point I couldn't understand them. After finally being able to confirm my order from the display I pulled to the 1st window. The employee just stared at me, no greeting. I greeted him and handed me card only for him to not respond, take my card, run it, and hand it back. Then he shuts the window without saying a word and walks away.I get my food and after getting home and unpacking groceries I notice that not only the fries are old but they didn't give me any of the sauce I specifically requested.

Mid shift crew and night time really need to work on their customer service skills. The attitude is not needed/wanted at all. I ordered the 6 piece kids chicken nugget meal with extra fries and there was a piece of plastic in the chicken nugget.
