we were the first in line to place our order at 11. We waited 30 minutes for our food and were informed that our order didn't get made because their printer to the kitchen didn't print our order. The employee first offered to give us a gift certificate for their mistake and then told us they would give us a refund on our credit card because they don't have any gift certificates. We asked for the refund and then asked when we will get our order but the employee told us we would have to pay for our order. We will not be going back because the least they could have done was to comp our order because of their mistake.

SO DISAPPOINTED! Pickup orders are a horrible experience. I had a $93 order that is basically inedible, rubbery. You HAVE to order through door dash which then makes pickup times 2x's longer then you arrive for your pickup time and the drive thru is full of people placing orders but there is nowhere to park to go inside to pickup. Tell the person on the intercom that you have a pickup for 1:12p and ask if you should come in to pick it up and they say 'no, it will be ready when you get to the window'. Get to the window 40 minutes later! Entire lunch time wasted. Well now the food seems like its been under a warmer that entire time. Completely ruined. The 'seafood smothered rice' should be called cheesy rice since there isn't much seafood on it at all. Food is rubber. Had to warm it and then it's even worse. I ordered 2 lemonades but they were out so paid $7 for two fountain drinks. Asked for tartar and cocktail sauces on the comments section of our order and even asked again at the window and was assured it was in the bag...no cocktail sauce. You can't call and talk to anyone, the automated system tells you to push an extension but if you don't have one dial 00, well you dial 00 and it asks for an extension and it's a loop of this process. So sad, I really enjoyed the food and experience the first visit, but with this I will not go back.

Oh My Gawd, this was sooooooo good! We were expecting this to be pretty good, but we're not prepared for how great or food actually was. I had the Lobster Melt which I can say is now my new favorite way to have Lobster. She had the blackened chicken over fries. We were thinking it was going to be really hot/spicy and it was too am extent, however, it was perfectly balanced with the chicken flavors. Chicken is the last thing I'll eat from anywhere but this blackened chicken made me actually like chicken. Also, their fries were the skinny old school kind you can't find anywhere anymore and their fried okra was probably the best I've ever had. If you're in OKC at dinner time, Off The Hook will not disappoint!

It doesn't get much better than this, this man can cook! I fell in love with their smothered seafood fries. I honestly can't finish it all in one sitting and always have leftovers. I love sulporting local business. Only wish their truck still came to Boeing.

The food is great but I saw The Boss lady as well as other employees not wearing masks. Also allowing people in to wait in line not wearing mask. I will wait until mask mandate is over to come back

Went hear for lunch and had the Salmon burger. It was really good. My buddy had the chicken and pancake and that looked amazing! I’m giving 4 stars because the prices seemed a tad on the high side but the food is really good.

A little slow but soooo worth it. Everything was so amazing. I thought for the quality that you got the pricing was good. The shrimp and grits were as good as I have ever had and I grew up on the gulf coast.

The name says it all. I’m not a seafood fan, or at least I wasn’t until I ate here. This place is amazing. If you think you’ve had good catfish before, you haven’t, if you haven’t had their catfish. Melts in your mouth! <3 I tell everyone about this place, when they mention seafood. It’s amazing y’all, and a must try!
