Upon entering this more than half empty "chain" restaurant, we were greeted by the hostess who stated that "I need to go check to see if any tables are available" which was a blatant lie. She went to get a manager because we brought in our FULLY TRAINED SERVICE DogA 7lb Shih Tzo who never makes any noise in restaurants, all the while kids are yelling, crying, or throwing tantrums.The manager proceeded to give us a hard time about him. We have been to so many restaurants with him, and not once has anyone ever hassled us about him.

Upon entering this restaurant we were told that they would go check on a table for us. The parking lot was half empty upon arrival. A few moments later a manager approached us about our "Fully Trained Service Animal Shih Tzu" which cost a significant amount of money, including the service animal tag and certificate. I can understand if they asked right from the start instead of lying about "checking on a table"We will definitely keep this establishment at the very last option when picking a place to spend our money.

As far as the food goes it was good. Ordered a toasted ravioli app, shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and Spaghetti and meatballs with an extra Italian sausage. Along with the salad and bread sticks. Everything tasted good. There were 16 shrimp on the Alfredo and they were a decent size. 3 meatballs with the spaghetti. Good was out pretty quickly as well. We managed to get one tea refill but for 8 dollars for 2 teas we should have gotten a gallon to go. Tht was really ridiculous for tea. Tht won't happen again. Of course they don't have the drink prices on the menu. When we went to pay at the table kiosk way down at the bottom of the bill was 2.99 for table games. When I pointed this out our server said something abt they always seem to do tht so I wonder how many people get charged for tht. She fixed it and I paid at the table. Went to print the receipt and it came out blank. Not sure what's going on. Like I said the food was good but Thts about where it stopped. They do have a decent ambiance going on.

Service was the worst EVER rendered by a restaurant staff. Went for my aunt's 71st bday and was not properly greeted by either waiter. Beginning of service waiters asked how to separate tickets before even seating us good (needless to say they seemed a bit impatient throughout our dining experience) then after placing drink orders the waiter dropped 3 alcoholic beverages on my sisters body from the back barely missing her head and on me partially. The tray landed behind her on the chair. Her purse (coach bag) that hang on chair was an aquarium and her whole body was soaked. While my Gucci bag got some alcohol beverage on the outer parts. We were given napkins and my sister was comped her 2 meals minus her drinks after deliberating with the manager on duty, for the inconvenience, however service never got any better. Food was cold, salad incorrect, soup very cold. While accidents happen these were two very incompetent waiters (I personally don't think they are ready to be on the floor). Purse damaged, (bmw) key fob damaged, phone wet, clothes soaked and jackets have to be put in cleaners. For goodness sake the rest of the unappetizing meal was (for lack of better words) consumed while sitting on chairs with towels because she was soaked.
Amazing food best quality for Italian. There is a server here named Laken. She is amazing and has special skills to satisfy your hunger. She will always smile and welcome you. She has been me server two times and I wouldn’t want any other server!

Our server was Colby, who was wonderful. Colby checked on us frequently and helped with our requests very quickly. I don't think there was anything that we noticed we needed and Colby didn't have it at our table within 5 minutes. We have a medium lot of kids so i think restaurants think we're going to tip badly and our kids will reak havoc and we tend to get sort of rushed and neglected but that was definitely not the case when we visited this weekend.

The food was delicious, but the menu leaves a lot to be desired to be called an Italian restaurant. If you like Italian-American cuisine this is the right place for you. If you want ITALIAN food, don't even come close. The flavor was good but lacks potency. The service is excellent.
