Quality has gone down so much,asked a couple of simple questions, never answered them? Then never gave me my receipt, called out order numbers without telling anyone what their number was. And the person behind me had a bigger order and got hers before I got my order. Will not be back. I do not normally write reviews but thought it might save someone having a bad day to not deal with rude people!

This is my first review ever. I hate to do this, but I received a herb chicken Mediterranean pizza without the Chicken and back talk from management. I've been to this Papa Murphy's pizza numerous times hoping they'd get better or under new management since my daughters weekly dance class is in the same shopping center. We stopped going there about 6-9 months ago because we were tired of the disappointment. Tonight we decided to give them a another shot.... Mistake. No chicken on a chicken pizza and you can tell the dough is old. Management, who has been there for 3 years, says they can remake my pizza (don't care to drive back out after work all day) and blames the new guy (seriously... be a leader and take responsibility)! And to top it off. Horrible customer service. My husband tried calling in the order, with no luck. So he went into the store, placed his order thinking they were just busy. While there, watched the phone go unanswered multiple times. Owner... please hire a new manager. Maybe we'll be back in another 6-9 months. Wish my first review would have been a positive one.

We been waiting here for 30mins plus and have 4customer sitting outside waiting for the store to re-open back up when it’s supposed to be open and it’s not the first timeEveryone or anyone that is reading my comment go to the one in Midwest city cause there always open store clean and there always someone there they have never lock there door during business hours

Placed an order online and went to pick it up; however. 4:50pm - The door is locked and there is an out to lunch sign up. Could see workers inside. Knocked on the door and a worker looked out but ignored me. It’s now been an hour and they still won’t answer the phones. I just want a refund! Called in an order at the competition. Update: it’s now 6:45pm and they still won’t answer their phones.

This place may be closed for good. Went there during business hours to grab pizza, it said it was open but nobody was there. Definitely call first.

Not sure what happened to the quality control there but I ordered a 16 inch family size pizza, question the employee if it is the correct size because it looked small, get home and measure it and it is only 13 inches (smaller than their 14 inch large). I even made the effort to take it to another store and ask them if it was the correct size and they told me no, I had a large, not a family but couldn't do anything to help me because the locations had different franchise owners. When I got my 2 family size pizzas you could tell just by looking at it that it was the wrong size but the employee guaranteed me it was correct.Long story short, I will be taking my business to a different store that I know has a different owner.

It’s decent pizza when you can actually place an order. Horrible customer service, frequent random closings with no communication. When you call they take the phone off hook. Showed up on days when they are supposed to be open to find doors shut and lights off. Seems like they’re going downhill. Shame bc the brand is good but this location is not good.

Picked up three pizzas that I ordered online from this Papa Murphy's to have for Thanksgiving day as my family was going to do Thanksgiving dinner on Friday instead of Thursday. All three of the pizzas were not sprayed so the crust stuck to the pan when we were baking them and basically destroyed the pizzas and turned them into a pizza salad. Overall we've had decent luck with Papa Murphy's but I will not be frequenting this location anymore due to that error that cost us $45 worth of pizza.

Service has really gone downhill. I ordered online 5 pizzas to be picked up at 130 pm. I got here and 1 was done since they didn't read the ticket correctly. Over an hour later and I'm still waiting for the other pizzas to be done. I'll never come back!!

I absolutely love papa Murphy's pizza, and was ecstatic to see one here when visiting with some friends and get them to try it. But I'm greatly disappointed that this store can't even open on time or answer the phone to see when they would open. We were there at open which was 12:00 waited for 45 minutes, and never saw anyone attempt to look at the door.
