I had the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio,Vermicelli noodles with sliced grilled marinated pork and crispy egg rolls. I substituted the vermicelli for rice. It was Soo delicious. The marinated pork was flavorful and tender, the fish sauce had a nice balance of ingredients, which made the dish pleasantly delicious to eat. I recommend the bread sticks that you see in the pic. The breadsticks were crispy on the outside, an excellent complement for the pho. The service was great.
Ngl, food here was a little mid to me. Don’t worry, I thought the pho was pretty good (also even though I ordered a small bowl, it felt like so much lol) but when I got crab Rangoon, the cheese just wasn’t it. A friend got a rice meal, and looking at the meat you could tell it was old and dry, and the egg looked weird. Least it wasn’t bad, but it could be better.
