Service is not great, been a few times and it appears that people are a bother. Nothing is easy. Ordered the combo last time and it was too late, I should have asked for queso earlier. Today, I ordered the queso earlier and then I couldn't get the combo because the queso was too big. SMH. The food is good but I likely won't be back due to service. The store itself is kinda dirty too.
My Cholula Sweet and Hot burrito was excellent. I had never picked up an online order before and got in a long line. When I reached the counter they asked what I wanted and I told them I was picking up and order. The employee just gestures wordlessly in the directions of the register. I continued in line and when I got to the register another employee told me I didn't have to wait in line. It could have been made clearer and it would have saved me a lot of time. Maybe a sign?

Had to lower my review, I still live the food but they were really stingy. I got half scoops of beans and rice, then I asked for more and still got half scoops. Qdoba it's popular bc they have over sized and super tasty food. I wasn't happy with that.
