The food is good, but when you get Bowls, it's not even half filled. The serving sizes are terrible. I can get a small steak bowl, and it almost comes out the same size as the larger one.

I got a steak salad with extra steak- lettuce, blk beans, fajita peppers, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, pickled onions. The bowl was only about half filled with food. This was in no way worth $13 + $5 for extra steak. Order was placed between 3:30and 4pm, I was 1 person that got salad, I will never order from this place again.

I was a regular here but will no longer be visiting. Ordered 2 meals and one of them had hair in it, wrapped all around the meat. Went to take it back, the manager insisted that there is no hair, told them it’s in there and I would not be able to eat this meal. She kept saying where is it where is it??? I left the bowel there for her to look for it. Keep in my mind I only ate 1-2 bites of this. DISGUSTING , HAIR IN FOOD IS NOT SANITARY. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Definitely avoid this location if possible. Bowl is only half full and tacos are only 1/4 full. They put maybe a thimbles worth of guacamole on the bowl and even less on the tacos. Definitely worth the extra time to go to the Penn location. It’s my first time visiting this location and will be the last, this is honestly the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with Qdoba’s food.

The menu says queso and guac are included but the staff charged extra for queso on 3 different entrees we ordered and only 1 free scoop of guac. Even though the menu states otherwise. When I questioned the 3 workers about it only one answered (seemed like the owner/manager) and said it doesn’t count for all entrees. From there they all were quiet or very short. They charged .75 for each time we added queso to an entree. We’ve had small issues come up almost every time we’ve been to this location. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
